state_n it_o be_v no_o civil_a injury_n which_o he_o grant_v be_v the_o business_n of_o this_o 13_o to_o the_o roman_n in_o matter_n of_o the_o second_o table_n for_o any_o man_n to_o disturb_v or_o oppose_v a_o doctrine_n worship_n or_o government_n spiritual_a christ_n jesus_n and_o his_o disturbance_n messenger_n and_o servant_n do_v and_o do_v profess_v a_o spiritual_a war_n against_o the_o doctrine_n worship_n and_o government_n of_o the_o jewish_a the_o turkish_a and_o other_o pagan_a and_o antichristian_a religion_n of_o all_o sort_n and_o sect_n church_n and_o society_n these_o all_o again_o oppose_v and_o fight_v against_o his_o doctrine_n worship_n government_n and_o yet_o this_o war_n may_v be_v so_o manage_v be_v man_n but_o humane_a civil_a and_o peaceable_a that_o no_o civil_a injury_n may_v be_v commiet_v on_o either_o side_n peace_n we_o may_v then_o well_o take_v up_o as_o master_n cotton_n do_v beza_n own_a word_n on_o rom._n 13._o 4._o the_o civil_a sword_n and_o devilish_a monster_n of_o more_o than_o barbarous_a cruelty_n peace_n but_o second_o say_v master_n cotton_n although_o the_o roman_a emperor_n be_v incompetent_a judge_n yet_o the_o word_n of_o christ_n spiritual_n which_o command_v a_o duty_n command_v also_o the_o necessary_a mean_n which_o tend_v to_o that_o duty_n and_o therefore_o give_v they_o a_o power_n and_o charge_n to_o execute_v must_v drink_v in_o send_v his_o mind_n and_o will_n into_o the_o world_n by_o such_o foolish_a instrument_n peace_n sure_o master_n cotton_n will_v never_o advise_v the_o civil_a state_n thy_fw-mi kingdom_n kingdom_n be_v lay_v upon_o the_o right_a shoulder_n and_o we_o shall_v find_v the_o admirable_a wisdom_n and_o care_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o affair_n of_o his_o kingdom_n in_o appoint_v qualification_n of_o these_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n have_v express_o and_o exact_o record_v wherein_n according_a to_o the_o principle_n mention_v by_o master_n cotton_n christ_n jesus_n his_o to_o the_o priest_n belly_n but_o the_o more_o sublime_a and_o nice_a mystery_n they_o must_v not_o judge_v or_o touch_v but_o attend_v upon_o the_o table_n of_o the_o priest_n infallibility_n peace_n concern_v fundamental_o dear_a truth_n you_o have_v well_o observe_v that_o since_o the_o apostasy_n and_o the_o world_n wonder_v after_o apostasy_n the_o beast_n even_o god_n servant_n themselves_o until_o yesterday_o have_v not_o so_o much_o as_o hear_v of_o such_o a_o kind_n of_o church_n and_o so_o consequent_o of_o such_o a_o christ_n the_o head_n of_o it_o as_o master_n cotton_n now_o this_o with_o charge_n to_o suspend_v most_o magistrate_n of_o the_o world_n and_o suspention_n that_o all_o their_o day_n from_o generation_n to_o generation_n as_o appear_v in_o all_o part_n of_o the_o world_n which_o be_v such_o a_o monstrous_a and_o blasphemous_a paradox_n that_o common_a reason_n can_v digest_v nor_o suffer_v peace_n if_o merchant_n and_o owner_n of_o ship_n shall_v commit_v their_o vessel_n to_o such_o man_n as_o want_v ability_n to_o steer_v their_o course_n nay_o can_v not_o tell_v what_o a_o ship_n be_v yea_o be_v never_o like_a to_o know_v all_o their_o
