be_v true_a for_o that_o they_o can_v perceive_v no_o solid_a ground_n therefore_o i_o see_v not_o how_o we_o may_v swear_v that_o this_o oath_n be_v minister_v unto_o we_o by_o lawful_a authority_n answer_n 1_o but_o first_o it_o be_v not_o true_a that_o we_o must_v swear_v that_o this_o oath_n be_v minister_v unto_o we_o by_o lawful_a authority_n but_o only_o that_o we_o must_v acknowledge_v so_o much_o of_o which_o our_o acknowledgement_n which_o be_v the_o immediate_a object_n of_o the_o oath_n we_o must_v be_v assure_v to_o excuse_v we_o from_o perjury_n 2_o second_o it_o be_v very_o true_a that_o we_o must_v not_o equivocate_v in_o this_o oath_n and_o this_o be_v not_o only_o deduce_v from_o the_o lawful_a minister_a of_o the_o same_o although_o this_o be_v sufficient_a to_o prove_v that_o we_o must_v not_o equivocate_v therein_o but_o it_o be_v also_o deduce_v from_o the_o seven_o branch_n wherein_o it_o be_v express_o ordain_v that_o i_o must_v use_v no_o equivocation_n 3_o three_o the_o lawfulness_n or_o unlawfulnesse_n of_o this_o branch_n depend_v whole_o upon_o the_o former_a clause_n for_o if_o none_o of_o the_o former_a clause_n contain_v a_o denial_n of_o cause_v his_o subject_n to_o acknowledge_v and_o swear_v that_o the_o pope_n have_v no_o true_a real_a lawful_a authority_n and_o which_o may_v be_v a_o sufficient_a ground_n to_o depose_v he_o of_o most_o learned_a divine_n and_o which_o be_v more_o even_o of_o those_o who_o be_v his_o chief_a adversary_n in_o this_o point_n and_o if_o withal_o they_o will_v remember_v as_o m._n widdrington_n have_v heretofore_o dispotation_n heretofore_o in_o the_o epistle_n dedicatory_a of_o his_o theological_a dispotation_n obserserue_v that_o no_o other_o solid_a ground_n or_o proof_n be_v sufficient_a to_o confute_v the_o oath_n but_o evident_a demonstration_n but_o to_o prove_v the_o oath_n to_o be_v lawful_a and_o that_o it_o may_v be_v lawful_o take_v it_o be_v a_o very_a sufficient_a and_o solid_a ground_n to_o answer_v probable_o to_o all_o the_o argument_n which_o be_v bring_v against_o the_o same_o which_o whether_o he_o have_v perform_v or_o no_o and_o what_o kind_n of_o demonstration_n or_o rather_o most_o weak_a argument_n the_o impugner_n of_o the_o oath_n have_v bring_v see_v that_o few_o of_o they_o can_v scarce_o agree_v in_o any_o one_o conceit_n
