still_o to_o adhere_v as_o part_n to_o those_o first_o congregation_n that_o be_v plant_v in_o every_o country_n as_o it_o be_v the_o first_o family_n till_o they_o be_v a_o burden_n to_o themselves_o till_o their_o very_a society_n make_v they_o a_o disorderly_a confuse_a multitude_n and_o their_o government_n degenerate_v into_o anarchy_n especial_o when_o we_o have_v neither_o command_n or_o scripture_n example_n to_o the_o contrary_a by_o this_o we_o may_v answer_v the_o dr_n question_n viz_o what_o necessity_n there_o be_v to_o reduce_v church_n to_o several_a parish_n or_o congregation_n any_o more_o than_o to_o reduce_v kingdom_n to_o the_o several_a family_n of_o which_o they_o be_v at_o first_o make_v up_o answ_n because_o congregation_n have_v a_o original_a right_n of_o govern_v and_o preserve_v themselves_o even_o as_o family_n have_v a_o natural_a and_o unalterable_a right_n of_o government_n within_o themselves_o which_o he_o that_o take_v from_o they_o remote_a or_o more_o particular_a and_o near_a the_o communion_n therefore_o of_o the_o catholic_n church_n in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n be_v that_o they_o all_o hold_v the_o same_o head_n jesus_n gospel_n and_o ordinance_n to_o those_o that_o shall_v succeed_v we_o nor_o can_v here_o be_v any_o separation_n of_o one_o of_o these_o part_n from_o another_o without_o break_v of_o christian_a religion_n which_o be_v impossible_a to_o they_o that_o be_v in_o heaven_n and_o if_o any_o on_o earth_n thus_o separate_v it_o be_v to_o their_o own_o damnation_n the_o catholic_n militant_a church_n on_o earth_n have_v a_o communion_n in_o some_o more_o particular_n for_o beside_o their_o common_a acknowledgement_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o gospel_n and_o the_o common_a love_n they_o be_v to_o the_o liberty_n of_o their_o particular_a rite_n or_o opinion_n and_o this_o be_v so_o indispensable_a a_o duty_n that_o no_o separation_n can_v be_v lawful_a or_o tolerable_a in_o those_o who_o separate_v from_o the_o catholic_n church_n who_o relinquish_v the_o profession_n of_o christ_n or_o cast_v of_o all_o love_n to_o their_o brethren_n or_o that_o will_v not_o join_v with_o they_o in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n or_o concern_v themselves_o in_o their_o common_a concern_v now_o for_o organise_v church_n that_o be_v associate_v for_o the_o exercise_n of_o their_o religion_n and_o people_n of_o one_o nation_n as_o national_a church_n or_o of_o the_o people_n of_o one_o province_n one_o diocese_n or_o classis_fw-la as_o provincial_a diocesan_n or_o classical_a church_n separation_n here_o must_v be_v either_o a_o disturb_v of_o the_o peace_n and_o order_n of_o these_o church_n or_o a_o withdraw_n from_o they_o as_o to_o the_o political_a duty_n due_a to_o they_o such_o separation_n must_v often_o be_v lawful_a and_o warrantable_a see_v no_o command_n of_o christ_n bind_v man_n to_o particular_a province_n or_o diocese_n nor_o always_o to_o continue_v in_o this_o alter_v the_o nature_n and_o design_n of_o a_o church_n and_o be_v a_o great_a dishonour_n to_o christ_n that_o he_o must_v not_o reign_v among_o his_o people_n but_o as_o man_n please_v but_o whole_a province_n all_o under_o the_o government_n of_o the_o archbishop_n alone_o the_o bishop_n be_v but_o his_o deputy_n and_o this_o still_o make_v the_o government_n more_o impossible_a and_o
