that_o we_o be_v agree_v in_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n this_o he_o undertake_v to_o disprove_v for_o two_o or_o three_o leaf_n together_o and_o the_o conclusion_n be_v that_o at_o least_o we_o differ_v in_o a_o circumstantial_a part_n of_o worship_n and_o his_o consequence_n must_v be_v therefore_o we_o differ_v in_o a_o substantial_a or_o else_o it_o be_v idle_a and_o impertinent_a talk_n t._n g._n will_v have_v be_v ashamed_a to_o have_v argue_v after_o this_o fashion_n but_o they_o be_v to_o be_v pity_v they_o both_o do_v as_o well_o as_o their_o cause_n will_v bear_v yet_o mr._n a._n can_v give_v over_o for_o he_o have_v a_o very_a good_a will_n at_o prove_v something_o against_o our_o church_n although_o he_o have_v very_o ill_a luck_n in_o the_o do_n of_o it_o my_o argument_n be_v if_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o separate_v upon_o pretence_n of_o great_a purity_n where_o there_o be_v a_o agreement_n in_o doctrine_n and_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n than_o a_o bare_a difference_n in_o opinion_n as_o to_o some_o circumstantial_o in_o worship_n and_o the_o best_a constitution_n of_o church_n will_v be_v a_o sufficient_a ground_n to_o break_v communion_n and_o to_o set_v up_o new_a church_n hitherto_o we_o have_v consider_v his_o denial_n of_o the_o antecedent_n and_o the_o charge_n he_o have_v bring_v against_o our_o church_n about_o new_a substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n we_o now_o come_v to_o his_o deny_v the_o consequence_n viz._n that_o although_o it_o be_v grant_v that_o there_o be_v a_o agreement_n in_o doctrine_n and_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n yet_o he_o will_v not_o allow_v it_o to_o follow_v that_o a_o bare_a difference_n in_o opinion_n as_o to_o some_o circumstantial_o will_v be_v sufficient_a ground_n to_o break_v communion_n and_o to_o set_v up_o new_a church_n to_o understand_v the_o consequence_n we_o must_v suppose_v 1._o a_o agreement_n in_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n 2._o a_o separation_n for_o great_a parity_n of_o worship_n and_o what_o
then_o can_v justify_v this_o separation_n but_o a_o difference_n of_o opinion_n as_o to_o some_o circumstantial_o in_o worship_n hold_v say_v he_o the_o consequence_n be_v not_o good_a for_o there_o be_v certain_a middle_a thing_n between_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n and_o bare_a circumstance_n about_o which_o it_o will_v be_v lawful_a to_o divide_v though_o otherwise_o we_o agree_v in_o doctrine_n and_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n so_o that_o here_o a_o separation_n be_v justify_v 1_o on_o the_o account_n of_o such_o thing_n which_o be_v confess_v to_o be_v neither_o substantial_a nor_o circumstantial_a part_n of_o worship_n 2._o although_o there_o be_v a_o agreement_n in_o the_o substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n and_o consequent_o although_o these_o middle_a kind_n of_o thing_n be_v not_o make_v substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n for_o that_o he_o charge_v we_o with_o in_o the_o antecedent_n and_o now_o allow_v the_o antecedent_n and_o deny_v the_o consequence_n he_o must_v grant_v that_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o separate_v on_o the_o account_n of_o ceremony_n although_o they_o be_v make_v no_o part_n of_o worship_n at_o all_o for_o if_o they_o be_v neither_o substantial_a nor_o circumstantial_a part_n of_o worship_n they_o can_v be_v none_o at_o all_o and_o yet_o he_o say_v it_o be_v lawful_a to_o divide_v about_o they_o and_o which_o be_v more_o pleasant_a when_o he_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v the_o lawfulness_n of_o separate_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o these_o thing_n he_o do_v it_o by_o undertake_v to_o show_v that_o they_o be_v make_v substantial_a part_n of_o worship_n for_o thus_o he_o argue_v the_o church_n of_o england_n have_v exalt_v these_o thing_n i._n e._n ceremony_n to_o a_o high_a preferment_n in_o worship_n to_o signify_v the_o same_o thing_n with_o the_o sacramental_a element_n to_o make_v they_o necessary_a to_o salvation_n as_o far_o as_o man_n can_v make_v they_o and_o therefore_o they_o conclude_v they_o sinful_a if_o their_o preferment_n in_o worship_n make_v they_o sinful_a than_o they_o must_v be_v either_o substantial_a or_o circumstantial_a part_n of_o worship_n and_o their_o separation_n be_v not_o upon_o the_o account_n of_o their_o be_v ceremony_n but_o those_o ceremony_n be_v suppose_v to_o be_v make_v part_n of_o worship_n which_o i_o have_v answer_v already_o but_o after_o all_o our_o arguing_n about_o these_o matter_n 33._o mr._n a._n say_v the_o controversy_n stand_v still_o where_o it_o do_v these_o hundred_o year_n and_o more_o i_o utter_o deny_v that_o for_o the_o
