that_o the_o church_n have_v not_o power_n to_o determine_v or_o enjoin_v any_o thing_n belong_v to_o religion_n and_o even_o of_o these_o circumstance_n we_o say_v that_o although_o they_o be_v so_o numerous_a and_o so_o various_a that_o all_o circumstance_n belong_v to_o all_o time_n and_o place_n can_v not_o be_v particular_o determine_v in_o scripture_n yet_o the_o church_n ought_v to_o order_v they_o so_o and_o have_v no_o power_n to_o order_v they_o otherwise_o then_o as_o may_v best_o agree_v with_o the_o general_a rule_n of_o the_o word_n now_o set_v aside_o the_o circumstantial_o there_o be_v not_o any_o substantial_a part_n of_o the_o uniformity_n according_a to_o the_o covenant_n which_o be_v not_o either_o express_o ground_v upon_o the_o word_n of_o god_n
