a_o review_n of_o the_o proposition_n where_o he_o speak_v of_o a_o membership_n with_o any_o church_n i._n e._n with_o any_o particular_a church_n and_o now_o i_o answer_v first_o this_o argument_n proceed_v upon_o a_o hypothesis_n that_o be_v not_o necessary_o true_a as_o the_o author_n imagine_v viz._n that_o god_n in_o cause_v this_o or_o that_o particular_a church_n to_o be_v plant_v must_v every_o particular_a church_n he_o cause_v to_o be_v plant_v but_o in_o the_o next_o place_n let_v we_o grant_v your_o supposition_n that_o god_n intend_v the_o continuance_n of_o every_o church_n not_o provide_v the_o church_n with_o so_o much_o power_n as_o be_v necessary_a to_o suppress_v those_o evil_n he_o must_v be_v want_v in_o provide_v mean_n for_o the_o church_n preservation_n i_o answer_v that_o will_v be_v soon_o see_v if_o we_o consider_v all_o that_o power_n that_o god_n have_v true_o give_v his_o church_n to_o keep_v they_o from_o these_o evil_n which_o be_v so_o far_o as_o i_o understand_v the_o bible_n and_o minister_n and_o the_o promise_n of_o the_o spirit_n to_o guide_v they_o that_o sincere_o implore_v his_o aid_n and_o assistance_n now_o its_o true_a these_o mean_n be_v sufficient_a and_o as_o much_o in_o their_o kind_n as_o be_v necessary_a yet_o they_o be_v not_o of_o themselves_o sufficient_a except_o minister_n and_o people_n make_v a_o good_a use_n of_o they_o for_o in_o case_n either_o the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o do_v sinful_o neglect_v the_o study_v of_o the_o bible_n and_o pray_v earnest_o for_o the_o guidance_n of_o the_o spirit_n it_o preservation_n of_o a_o church_n can_v be_v secure_v but_o by_o a_o provide_v for_o a_o due_a and_o orderly_a performance_n of_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n and_o by_o maintain_v peace_n and_o unity_n of_o the_o legislative_a power_n may_v chance_v to_o change_n so_o that_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n that_o make_v the_o episcopal_a church_n regular_a to_o day_n the_o very_a same_o church_n by_o a_o change_n of_o a_o act_n may_v be_v make_v schismatical_a to_o morrow_n and_o so_o if_o the_o legislative_a power_n please_v both_o episcopal_a independent_a presbyterian_a anabaptistical_n church_n may_v be_v regular_a and_o schismatical_a in_o their_o turn_n last_o when_o you_o say_v no_o communion_n may_v just_o be_v with_o draw_v from_o but_o when_o it_o can_v be_v continue_v without_o the_o commission_n of_o sin_n here_o again_o i_o desire_v to_o know_v whether_o by_o sin_n you_o mean_v such_o that_o may_v be_v evidence_v to_o be_v such_o to_o the_o conviction_n of_o the_o imposer_n or_o only_o such_o that_o be_v evidence_v to_o the_o conviction_n of_o the_o conscience_n of_o those_o that_o withdraw_v you_o can_v in_o reareason_n require_v the_o first_o except_o you_o will_v run_v y_o ourselves_o upon_o these_o strait_n either_o to_o turn_v papist_n or_o undertake_v to_o convince_v the_o papist_n that_o the_o reason_n why_o you_o come_v off_o from_o they_o and_o their_o worship_n be_v because_o you_o can_v not_o communicate_v with_o they_o therein_o without_o sin_n we_o know_v you_o tell_v they_o so_o and_o give_v your_o reason_n why_o you_o say_v so_o but_o notwithstanding_o all_o you_o say_v they_o be_v not_o convince_v but_o yet_o persist_v to_o call_v you_o schismatic_n but_o what_o then_o be_v you_o move_v with_o their_o censure_n no_o for_o
