congregation_n for_o a_o while_n than_o whole_o to_o break_v and_o dissolve_v that_o laudable_a and_o church_n edify_v way_n of_o distinguish_a congregation_n by_o local_a bound_n but_o will_v you_o then_o have_v every_o man_n bind_v to_o keep_v constant_o to_o the_o minister_n under_o who_o he_o live_v quest._n we_o be_v not_o so_o rigid_a as_o to_o tie_v people_n from_o hear_v other_o minister_n occasionl_o even_o upon_o the_o lord_n day_n answ._n but_o yâ—t_o we_o believe_v that_o it_o be_v most_o a_o agreeable_a to_o gospel_n order_n upon_o the_o ground_n foremention_v that_o he_o that_o fixetâ—_n his_o habitation_n wherâ—_n there_o be_v â—_o godly_a able_a orthodox_n minister_n shall_v ordinary_o wait_v upon_o his_o ministry_n &_o join_v to_o that_o congregation_n where_o he_o dwell_v rather_o than_o to_o another_o in_o scripture_n to_o appoint_v elder_n in_o every_o church_n and_o in_o every_o city_n be_v all_o one_o they_o that_o be_v convert_v in_o a_o city_n who_o be_v at_o first_o but_o few_o in_o number_n join_v in_o church-fellowship_n with_o the_o elder_n and_o congregation_n of_o that_o city_n and_o not_o with_o any_o other_o object_n but_o the_o church_n of_o england_n be_v a_o national_a church_n and_o therefore_o can_v be_v a_o true_a church_n because_o the_o church_n of_o the_o jew_n be_v the_o only_a national_a church_n and_o there_o be_v no_o national_a church_n now_o under_o the_o new_a testament_n answ._n this_o objection_n lie_v as_o a_o great_a stumble_a block_n to_o hinder_v many_o christian_n from_o join_v with_o our_o church_n and_o the_o elder_n of_o the_o church_n it_o be_v evident_a he_o mean_v only_o the_o elder_n of_o the_o church_n of_o ephesus_n and_o so_o by_o consequence_n it_o be_v as_o evident_a that_o by_o elder_n
