whereas_o they_o have_v the_o great_a work_n upon_o they_o of_o preach_v the_o gospel_n unto_o all_o nation_n they_o can_v not_o continue_v long_o or_o reside_v in_o any_o one_o place_n or_o church_n and_o yet_o when_o person_n be_v new_o convert_v to_o the_o faith_n and_o dispose_v only_o into_o a_o imperfect_a order_n without_o any_o especial_a peculiar_a officer_n guide_n or_o ruler_n of_o their_o own_o it_o be_v not_o safe_a leave_v of_o they_o unto_o themselves_o lest_o they_o shall_v be_v too_o much_o at_o a_o loss_n as_o to_o gospel-order_n and_o worship_n wherefore_o in_o such_o place_n where_o any_o church_n be_v plant_v but_o not_o complete_v nor_o will_v the_o design_n of_o the_o apostle_n suffer_v they_o to_o continue_v any_o long_o there_o they_o leave_v these_o towards_o the_o only_a end_n of_o it_o in_o the_o church_n be_v to_o set_v up_o a_o dead_a carcase_n fasten_v it_o to_o a_o post_n and_o expect_v it_o shall_v do_v you_o work_v and_o service_n §_o 11._o 3_o he_o do_v it_o by_o give_v power_n unto_o his_o church_n in_o all_o age_n to_o call_v and_o separate_v unto_o the_o work_n of_o the_o ministry_n such_o as_o he_o have_v sit_v and_o gift_v the_o minister_n of_o christ_n and_o not_o of_o the_o bishop_n or_o church_n or_o man_n hold_v their_o office_n and_o authority_n from_o christ_n himself_o by_o the_o law_n and_o rule_n of_o the_o gospel_n so_o that_o whosoever_o despise_v they_o despise_v he_o also_o in_o they_o some_o will_v have_v minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o receive_v all_o their_o authority_n from_o the_o people_n that_o choose_v they_o and_o some_o from_o the_o bishop_n who_o ordain_v they_o and_o whence_o they_o have_v they_o i_o know_v not_o but_o this_o be_v to_o make_v they_o minister_n of_o man_n and_o servant_n of_o man_n and_o to_o constitute_v other_o master_n between_o they_o and_o christ._n and_o whereas_o all_o church-power_n be_v original_o and_o absolute_o vest_v in_o christ_n and_o in_o he_o sole_o so_o that_o none_o can_v be_v partaker_n of_o the_o least_o interest_n in_o it_o or_o share_v of_o it_o without_o a_o communication_n of_o it_o from_o he_o unto_o they_o neither_o pope_n church_n whether_o absolute_o or_o in_o the_o administration_n of_o other_o ordinance_n as_o the_o sacrament_n wherefore_o in_o this_o duty_n as_o comprehensive_a of_o all_o the_o sacred_a office_n of_o public_a worship_n as_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n be_v great_o concern_v so_o it_o be_v the_o principal_a act_n of_o obedience_n in_o the_o church_n this_o then_o as_o to_o the_o performance_n of_o it_o depend_v either_o on_o the_o natural_a ability_n of_o man_n or_o on_o the_o aid_n and_o operation_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n by_o the_o natural_a ability_n of_o man_n i_o understand_v not_o only_o what_o they_o be_v able_a of_o themselves_o in_o every_o instance_n to_o perform_v but_o also_o whatever_o assistance_n they_o may_v make_v use_n of_o either_o of_o their_o own_o find_v out_o much_o more_o §_o 8._o three_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o church_n belong_v unto_o the_o minister_n of_o it_o god_n have_v establish_v rule_n in_o the_o church_n rom._n 12._o 8._o 1_o cor._n 12._o 28._o 1_o tim._n 5._o 17._o 1_o thess._n 5._o 12._o heb._n 13._o 17._o i_o dispute_v not_o now_o of_o what_o sort_n this_o ministry_n be_v nor_o whether_o the_o rule_n belong_v unto_o one_o sort_n alone_o it_o be_v enough_o unto_o my_o present_a design_n that_o it_o be_v commit_v by_o christ_n unto_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o church_n which_o be_v its_o guide_n ruler_n and_o overseer_n nor_o shall_v mulct_n outward_a coertion_n or_o imprisonment_n i_o shall_v willing_o acknowledge_v that_o there_o be_v no_o peculiar_a gift_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n require_v thereunto_o but_o the_o
