all_o particular_a church_n 3._o the_o elder_n of_o the_o combine_a eldership_n have_v power_n to_o feed_v or_o rule_v particular_a church_n and_o for_o this_o effect_n note_n 1._o that_o the_o feed_n or_o teach_v of_o the_o church_n may_v be_v take_v either_o in_o actu_fw-la secundo_fw-la for_o actual_a feed_n or_o the_o exercise_n of_o the_o power_n of_o feed_v as_o when_o a_o preacher_n teach_v down_o to_o be_v at_o so_o great_a charge_n or_o to_o attend_v their_o conveniency_n for_o by_o a_o simple_a appeal_n he_o may_v bind_v the_o church_n offend_v to_o appear_v at_o the_o day_n appoint_v 15._o what_o if_o there_o shall_v fall_v out_o a_o hundred_o such_o offence_n in_o a_o small_a time_n must_v so_o many_o church_n evermore_o gather_v together_o for_o every_o one_o of_o they_o apart_o 16._o what_o if_o church_n be_v poor_a and_o can_v be_v at_o so_o great_a expense_n then_o in_o that_o case_n it_o shall_v seem_v there_o be_v no_o order_n to_o meet_v with_o offence_n and_o as_o christian_a communion_n with_o she_o and_o further_o to_o declare_v it_o to_o all_o other_o church_n no_o more_o can_v it_o be_v infer_v of_o the_o other_o viz._n be_v not_o partaker_n in_o other_o man_n sin_n for_o the_o apostle_n there_o give_v rule_n about_o the_o vocation_n of_o minister_n forbid_v timothy_n to_o receive_v any_o man_n rash_o into_o the_o ministry_n lest_o in_o so_o do_v he_o matter_n of_o this_o combination_n and_o consociation_n in_o the_o assembly_n 6._o those_o whole_a combine_a presbytery_n qua_fw-la tota_fw-la sed_fw-la non_fw-la qua_fw-la tataliter_fw-la
