therefore_o i_o shall_v fall_v direct_o upon_o the_o word_n which_o run_v in_o the_o form_n of_o a_o exhortation_n though_o in_o appearance_n a_o very_a strange_a one_o for_o the_o matter_n of_o a_o exhortation_n shall_v be_v something_o natural_o in_o the_o power_n of_o he_o to_o who_o the_o exhortation_n be_v direct_v for_o no_o man_n exhort_v another_o to_o be_v strong_a beautiful_a witty_a be_v wicked_a and_o injurious_a and_o if_o such_o person_n will_v despise_v he_o can_v any_o thing_n pass_v a_o obligation_n upon_o he_o not_o to_o be_v despise_v no_o this_o can_v be_v the_o meaning_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o the_o exhortation_n lie_v not_o against_o the_o action_n itself_o which_o be_v only_o in_o the_o despiser_n power_n but_o against_o the_o just_a
