restless_a ambitious_a have_v once_o determine_v by_o one_o mean_n or_o other_o to_o atcheeve_v to_o their_o intend_a purpose_n when_o they_o can_v not_o by_o lawful_a and_o peaceable_a mean_n climb_v so_o high_a as_o they_o do_v desire_v they_o attempt_v the_o same_o by_o force_n and_o violence_n wherein_o when_o they_o can_v not_o prevail_v against_o the_o ordinary_a authority_n and_o power_n of_o lawful_a prince_n and_o governor_n themselves_o alone_o they_o do_v seek_v the_o aid_n and_o help_v of_o the_o ignorant_a multitude_n abuse_v they_o to_o their_o wicked_a purpose_n wherefore_o see_v a_o few_o ambitious_a and_o malicious_a be_v the_o author_n &_o head_n and_o multitude_n of_o ignorant_a man_n be_v the_o minister_n and_o furtherer_n of_o rebellion_n the_o chief_a point_n of_o
