whereby_o also_o each_o church_n ordinary_a government_n may_v be_v much_o holpen_v &_o amend_v and_o yet_o the_o same_o with_o power_n and_o authority_n ought_v to_o be_v hold_v still_o within_o itself_o only_o now_o touch_v our_o synod_n at_o this_o day_n in_o england_n they_o may_v be_v except_v against_o justly_o in_o 3._o respect_n first_o because_o they_o consist_v principal_o if_o not_o only_o of_o provincial_n &_o diocesan_n l._n bishop_n who_o office_n be_v here_o show_v to_o be_v plain_o contrary_a to_o god_n word_n and_o of_o such_o other_o as_o be_v they_o also_o our_o synod_n power_n be_v not_o superior_a but_o inferior_a and_o subject_a to_o the_o l._n bishop_n will_v and_o like_n which_o be_v utterlie_o against_o the_o nature_n of_o true_a synod_n and_o the_o rule_n of_o god_n word_n last_o they_o impose_v ecclesiastical_a canon_n on_o the_o church_n which_o give_v no_o consent_n unto_o they_o as_o if_o they_o have_v power_n from_o god_n over_o the_o church_n thus_o of_o christ_n and_o yet_o they_o rule_v ecclesiastical_o some_o 300._o some_o 400._o proper_a and_o distinct_a visible_a church_n therefore_o they_o be_v all_o contrary_a to_o god_n word_n and_o ought_v necessary_o to_o be_v reform_v the_o first_o part_n of_o the_o assumption_n be_v thus_o prove_v if_o a_o diocesan_n bishop_n with_o we_o have_v any_o part_n at_o all_o in_o any_o true_a and_o proper_a visible_a church_n than_o he_o be_v pastor_n in_o some_o church_n or_o one_o of_o the_o people_n but_o one_o of_o the_o private_a people_n he_o be_v not_o any_o where_n neither_o be_v he_o
