whereas_o most_o particular_a congregation_n now_o have_v but_o few_o minister_n one_o or_o two_o nay_o according_a to_o their_o principle_n there_o may_v be_v none_o nor_o no_o officer_n at_o all_o power_n which_o cause_n man_n to_o run_v upon_o the_o manifest_a violation_n of_o the_o constant_a practice_n and_o example_n of_o the_o church_n during_o all_o the_o time_n of_o the_o apostle_n and_o
