rule_n or_o law_n suitable_a to_o the_o state_n and_o condition_n of_o it_o i_o e._n by_o a_o law_n of_o a_o carnal_a ordinance_n so_o be_v it_o reasonable_a to_o conceive_v that_o the_o church_n under_o the_o gospel_n be_v spiritual_a 1_o pet._n 2._o 5._o and_o of_o mature_a growth_n the_o communion_n thereof_o shall_v be_v regulate_v by_o a_o law_n or_o rule_n agreeable_a to_o the_o condition_n and_o state_n hereof_o and_o which_o require_v and_o consise_v in_o somewhat_o that_o be_v more_o spiritual_a and_o not_o by_o baptism_n which_o be_v a_o carnal_a ceremony_n so_o that_o the_o scripture_n be_v every_o whit_n as_o express_v for_o baptism_n to_o precede_v the_o enjoyment_n of_o church_n privilege_n as_o it_o be_v for_o a_o voluntary_a consent_n to_o church_n order_n and_o government_n to_o precede_v the_o same_o enjoyment_n but_o how_o impertinent_o to_o his_o cause_n and_o with_o how_o little_a proof_n be_v this_o affirm_v first_o if_o by_o church-privilege_n he_o mean_v all_o church-privilege_n how_o can_v the_o scripture_n be_v express_v for_o baptism_n to_o precede_v the_o enjoyment_n of_o they_o when_o as_o itself_o be_v one_o of_o precede_v it_o still_o yea_o and_o haply_o that_o in_o some_o case_n it_o ought_v to_o precede_v it_o and_o yet_o be_v neither_o express_a nor_o virtual_a or_o implicit_a for_o the_o absolute_a or_o universal_a necessity_n of_o such_o a_o precedure_n which_o be_v the_o point_n wherewith_o the_o query_n before_o he_o pinch_v he_o 3._o and_o last_o the_o scripture_n may_v be_v as_o express_v for_o
