otherwise_o in_o by_z and_o with_o all_o manner_n of_o needful_a and_o necessary_a reparation_n whatsoever_o and_o the_o same_o shop_n or_o shed_v in_o such_o reparation_n be_v at_o the_o end_n of_o always_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v the_o say_v yearly_o rend_v of_o etc._n etc._n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o to_o be_v behind_o and_o unpaid_a by_o the_o space_n of_o twenty_o eight_o day_n her_z or_o they_o or_o any_o of_o
