be_v baptise_a into_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o visible_a church_n now_o it_o may_v be_v grant_v that_o infant_n of_o believer_n be_v frequent_o or_o for_o the_o most_o part_n under_o the_o election_n and_o covenant_n of_o grace_n and_o so_o in_o the_o invisihle_n church_n which_o whether_o it_o be_v so_o or_o no_o no_o mere_a man_n can_v tell_v and_o yet_o it_o not_o follow_v that_o every_o infant_n of_o a_o believer_n in_o as_o much_o as_o he_o be_v the_o child_n of_o a_o believer_n be_v under_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n and_o therefore_o by_o baptism_n be_v to_o be_v admit_v into_o the_o visible_a church_n now_o let_v it_o be_v never_o so_o probable_a that_o god_n continue_v his_o election_n in_o the_o posterity_n of_o believer_n and_o according_o have_v promise_v to_o be_v their_o god_n in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n yet_o if_o this_o be_v the_o rule_n of_o baptise_v than_o the_o infant_n of_o believer_n only_o and_o no_o other_o be_v to_o be_v baptise_a for_o the_o practice_n must_v agree_v with_o the_o rule_n and_o so_o not_o all_o infant_n of_o believer_n neither_o be_v to_o be_v baptise_a but_o the_o elect_a in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n only_o if_o it_o be_v say_v but_o we_o be_v to_o judge_n all_o to_o be_v elect_v and_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n till_o the_o contrary_n appear_v we_o answer_v that_o we_o be_v not_o to_o judge_v all_o to_o be_v elect_v or_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n because_o we_o have_v the_o declaration_n of_o god_n mind_n to_o the_o contrary_n rom._n 9_o 6_o 7_o 8._o and_o all_o experience_n prove_v the_o contrary_a to_o be_v true_a nor_o be_v the_o administration_n of_o a_o outward_a ordinance_n institute_v by_o god_n according_a to_o such_o a_o rule_n as_o be_v not_o and_o if_o the_o visible_a church_n be_v the_o same_o why_o shall_v not_o the_o subject_n be_v the_o same_o viz._n child_n and_o the_o privilege_n be_v the_o same_o viz._n a_o external_n badge_n and_o cognisance_n give_v to_o the_o child_n of_o the_o church_n now_o as_o well_o as_o under_o the_o law_n we_o answer_v that_o true_a it_o be_v the_o church_n of_o the_o jew_n and_o that_o of_o the_o
