oath_n to_o they_o who_o to_o a_o common_a person_n 2._o if_o a_o baron_n or_o barroness_n stand_v present_v indict_v or_o convict_v of_o recusancy_n three_o of_o the_o privy_a council_n whereof_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n treasurer_n privy-seal_n or_o principal_a secretary_n to_o be_v one_o shall_v â—_o minister_v to_o they_o the_o say_a oath_n but_o if_o he_o be_v a_o convict_a person_n under_o those_o degree_n or_o if_o the_o minister_n petty_a constable_n or_o churchwarden_n of_o any_o parish_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v complain_v to_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o any_o person_n suspect_v of_o recusancy_n then_o the_o say_a justice_n may_v in_o either_o of_o the_o say_a case_n minister_v the_o say_a oath_n and_o upon_o refusal_n commit_v the_o party_n to_o prison_n there_o to_o remain_v until_o the_o next_o assize_n or_o session_n where_o if_o he_o or_o she_o again_o refuse_v to_o take_v it_o they_o shall_v incur_v a_o praemunire_n praemunire_n conviction_n she_o shall_v be_v commit_v to_o prison_n by_o a_o privy_a counsellor_n or_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n if_o she_o be_v a_o barroness_n but_o if_o of_o a_o low_a degree_n than_o she_o shall_v be_v commit_v
