the_o old_a rusty_a armour_n of_o our_o church_n to_o be_v hang_v up_o for_o terror_n rather_o than_o to_o be_v use_v for_o execution_n for_o it_o can_v be_v deny_v that_o how_o little_a charity_n soever_o those_o have_v that_o make_v they_o our_o bishop_n have_v general_o since_o have_v more_o christian_a tenderness_n than_o to_o prosecute_v all_o in_o their_o court_n who_o these_o canon_n make_v so_o heinous_a criminal_n and_o therefore_o be_v we_o of_o the_o laity_n worthy_a to_o offer_v our_o humble_a advice_n to_o the_o present_a convocation_n we_o shall_v recommend_v it_o to_o fault_n they_o reject_v he_o before_o he_o be_v admonish_v whereas_o divine_a justice_n itself_o do_v not_o subject_a man_n to_o the_o sentence_n of_o condemnation_n mere_o for_o their_o sin_n themselves_o but_o for_o their_o impenitency_n in_o they_o and_o sure_o the_o church_n shall_v not_o use_v great_a severity_n and_o therefore_o shall_v not_o in_o those_o censure_n which_o tertullian_n call_v summum_fw-la futuri_fw-la judicii_fw-la praejudicium_fw-la exclude_v man_n from_o her_o communion_n ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la upon_o their_o have_v run_v into_o error_n or_o crime_n
