offer_v unto_o he_o to_o raise_v force_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o ireland_n and_o to_o conduct_v they_o into_o england_n for_o his_o majesty_n service_n have_v a_o commission_n to_o that_o purpose_n and_o to_o that_o purpose_n only_o that_o he_o have_v no_o commission_n at_o all_o to_o treat_v of_o any_o thing_n else_o without_o the_o privity_n and_o direction_n of_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n much_o less_o to_o capitulate_v any_o thing_n concern_v religion_n or_o any_o propriety_n belong_v either_o to_o church_n or_o laity_n that_o it_o clear_o appear_v by_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n proceed_n with_o the_o say_a earl_n that_o he_o have_v no_o notice_n at_o all_o of_o what_o the_o say_a earl_n have_v treat_v and_o pretend_v to_o have_v capitulate_v with_o the_o irish_a until_o by_o accident_n it_o come_v to_o his_o knowledge_n and_o his_o majesty_n do_v protest_v that_o until_o such_o time_n as_o he_o have_v advertisement_n that_o the_o person_n of_o the_o say_a earl_n of_o glamorgan_n be_v arrest_v and_o restrain_v as_o be_v abovesaid_a he_o never_o hear_v nor_o have_v any_o kind_n of_o notice_n that_o the_o say_a earl_n have_v enter_v into_o any_o kind_n of_o treaty_n or_o capitulation_n with_o those_o irish_a commissioner_n much_o less_o that_o he_o have_v conclude_v or_o sign_v those_o article_n so_o destructive_a both_o to_o church_n and_o state_n and_o so_o
