to_o our_o condemnation_n p._n thou_o may_v well_o know_v by_o the_o matter_n which_o we_o have_v already_o handle_v what_o it_o be_v to_o receive_v the_o supper_n worthy_o or_o unworthy_o and_o to_o salvation_n or_o condemnation_n and_o how_o every_o man_n may_v prove_v himself_o to_o communicate_v thereat_o as_o he_o ought_v m._n i_o grant_v that_o which_o thou_o say_v but_o i_o shall_v understand_v and_o comprehend_v it_o better_o if_o thou_o do_v declare_v unto_o i_o brief_o the_o principal_a point_n which_o be_v chief_o require_v in_o this_o proof_n p._n see_v that_o jesus_n christ_n be_v dead_a for_o our_o sin_n and_o that_o therefore_o all_o sacrament_n do_v send_v we_o to_o the_o same_o death_n to_o obtain_v forgiveness_n of_o the_o same_o it_o follow_v well_o that_o we_o can_v not_o communicate_v worthy_o at_o the_o supper_n except_o we_o acknowledge_v first_o our_o self_n to_o be_v sinner_n such_o as_o we_o be_v and_o do_v confess_v that_o we_o have_v deserve_v by_o mean_a of_o our_o sin_n eternal_a death_n and_o damnation_n and_o that_o we_o can_v not_o be_v deliver_v from_o they_o but_o only_o by_o the_o death_n of_o jesus_n chryst_n m._n i_o do_v well_o understand_v already_o this_o point_n p._n if_o thou_o do_v well_o understand_v this_o thou_o understand_v well_o also_o that_o that_o acknowledge_v &_o confession_n can_v not_o be_v in_o we_o without_o that_o true_a repentance_n whereof_o we_o have_v already_o speak_v which_o can_v not_o be_v without_o true_a amendment_n of_o life_n m._n i_o understand_v well_o also_o that_o other_o point_n p._n thou_o haste_v well_o understand_v how_o that_o true_a faith_n can_v not_o be_v separate_v from_o true_a repentance_n for_o the_o knowledge_n of_o our_o sin_n shall_v serve_v we_o to_o small_a purpose_n if_o it_o be_v not_o join_v with_o a_o sure_a trust_n of_o forgiveness_n of_o the_o same_o m._n that_o be_v plain_a p._n now_o see_v we_o can_v not_o obtain_v that_o remission_n but_o only_o by_o the_o death_n of_o jesus_n chryst_n and_o that_o the_o supper_n be_v ordain_v to_o witness_v unto_o we_o and_o to_o assure_v we_o more_o full_o it_o be_v therefore_o easy_a to_o judge_v that_o none_o may_v communicate_v at_o this_o holy_a sacrament_n without_o true_a faith_n by_o the_o which_o he_o hold_v himself_o assure_v to_o obtain_v the_o grace_n which_o be_v promise_v &_o witness_v unto_o he_o in_o the_o same_o m._n thou_o will_v then_o say_v in_o effect_n that_o it_o be_v needful_a for_o those_o which_o dispose_v themselves_o to_o communicate_v at_o this_o sacrament_n to_o note_v diligent_o whether_o they_o have_v true_a repentance_n and_o true_a faith_n in_o jesus_n christ_n or_o no._n p._n to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o proof_n may_v be_v the_o more_o full_a and_o perfect_a thou_o shall_v join_v also_o to_o these_o two_o point_n charity_n of_o the_o which_o we_o even_o now_o do_v speak_v by_o mean_a whereof_o all_o the_o faithful_a be_v unite_v and_o conjoin_v the_o one_o with_o the_o other_o even_o as_o they_o be_v unite_v &_o conjoin_v by_o faith_n with_o christ_n jesus_n their_o head_n for_o even_o as_o true_a repentance_n can_v not_o be_v without_o true_a faith_n even_o so_o true_a faith_n can_v be_v without_o true_a charity_n as_o we_o have_v sufficient_o already_o declare_v m._n i_o understand_v well_o also_o see_v the_o supper_n be_v a_o sacrament_n of_o union_n and_o charity_n as_o thou_o have_v already_o declare_v it_o that_o he_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o the_o same_o that_o have_v not_o true_a charity_n p._n behold_v they_o be_v the_o three_o point_n to_o wit_n proof_n repentance_n faith_n and_o charity_n which_o comprehend_v all_o the_o rest_n that_o may_v be_v require_v in_o the_o proof_n of_o any_o man._n whether_o it_o be_v requisite_a that_o every_o man_n have_v perfect_v repentance_n faith_n and_o charity_n before_o he_o go_v to_o the_o supper_n m._n now_o i_o have_v yet_o one_o difficulty_n upon_o these_o three_o point_n the_o which_o thou_o say_v be_v chief_o require_v in_o the_o proof_n of_o those_o which_o will_v communicate_v at_o the_o supper_n p._n show_v i_o that_o difficulty_n m._n tell_v i_o first_o if_o there_o be_v any_o man_n that_o in_o this_o mortal_a life_n may_v have_v perfect_v repentance_n perfect_v faith_n and_o perfect_v charity_n p._n if_o we_o can_v have_v those_o virtue_n so_o perfect_v that_o nothing_o can_v be_v more_o add_v thereunto_o then_o be_v we_o no_o more_o mortal_a man_n and_o shall_v no_o more_o need_n neither_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n nor_o yet_o the_o sacrament_n mat._n why_o so_o because_o we_o shall_v then_o have_v all_o the_o thing_n for_o the_o which_o all_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o church_n be_v ordain_v of_o god_n and_o shall_v be_v already_o like_a to_o the_o angel_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o we_o shall_v be_v after_o our_o resurrection_n when_o we_o shall_v be_v full_o reform_v to_o the_o image_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o full_o glorify_v with_o he_o m._n and_o yet_o thou_o say_v that_o we_o can_v worthy_o communicate_v at_o the_o supper_n except_o we_o bring_v with_o we_o true_a repentance_n a_o true_a faith_n and_o a_o true_a charity_n pet._n that_o same_o be_v not_o at_o all_o against_o that_o which_o i_o have_v now_o say_v what_o difference_n there_o be_v between_o true_a &_o perfect_a repentance_n faith_n &_o charity_n m._n it_o must_v needs_o be_v then_o that_o thou_o put_v difference_n between_o true_a &_o perfect_a repentance_n &_o true_a faith_n &_o charity_n p._n even_o so_o thou_o be_v difference_n m._n what_o be_v it_o p._n to_o make_v thou_o the_o better_a to_o understand_v it_o i_o will_v show_v thou_o it_o by_o exammple_n m._n i_o like_v well_o the_o manner_n of_o
