sin_n the_o lord_n take_v the_o magistrate_n work_v into_o his_o own_o hand_n and_o many_o time_n cut_v they_o off_o sudden_o who_o profane_a his_o sabbath_n presumptuous_o and_o it_o be_v worth_a inquire_v into_o whether_o presumptuous_a sabbath_n breaker_n be_v not_o still_o to_o be_v put_v to_o death_n which_o i_o doubt_v not_o but_o that_o the_o lord_n will_v either_o one_o day_n clear_v up_o or_o else_o discover_v some_o specialty_n in_o the_o application_n of_o this_o judicial_a law_n to_o that_o polity_n of_o the_o jew_n as_o most_o fit_a for_o they_o and_o not_o so_o universal_o because_o these_o can_v be_v continual_a and_o inward_a no_o more_o than_o the_o other_o as_o for_o they_o who_o think_v no_o holy_a day_n necessary_a but_o holy_a duty_n lawful_a every_o day_n we_o work_n to_o be_v a_o type_n not_o only_o of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n in_o his_o active_a and_o fulfil_a administration_n while_o he_o be_v in_o the_o flesh_n but_o also_o to_o be_v a_o figure_n of_o the_o christian_a in_o bondage_n or_o to_o use_v his_o own_o word_n of_o a_o christian_a under_o active_a and_o work_a administration_n as_o those_o of_o the_o law_n and_o gospel_n be_v as_o all_o form_n of_o worship_n duty_n grace_n prayer_n ordinance_n etc._n etc._n from_o whence_o it_o will_v follow_v from_o his_o principle_n for_o i_o know_v not_o his_o practice_n that_o all_o form_n of_o worship_n duty_n grace_n prayer_n ordinance_n be_v then_o to_o cease_v as_o type_n
a_o sinner_n as_o a_o sinner_n have_v need_n consider_v what_o they_o say_v for_o be_v it_o to_o a_o sinner_n as_o possess_v with_o christ_n and_o receive_v of_o he_o or_o as_o dispossess_v of_o christ_n not_o have_v of_o he_o but_o rather_o refuse_v and_o reject_v of_o he_o if_o they_o say_v the_o first_o they_o then_o speak_v the_o truth_n but_o then_o they_o raze_v down_o their_o own_o speak_v in_o many_o other_o thing_n which_o concern_v his_o kingdom_n but_o as_o it_o be_v occasional_o or_o in_o way_n of_o history_n or_o epistle_n to_o some_o particular_a church_n or_o people_n themselves_o thesis_n 25._o i_o do_v not_o think_v that_o the_o exercise_n of_o holy_a duty_n on_o a_o day_n argue_v that_o such_o a_o day_n be_v the_o christian_a sabbath_n day_n for_o the_o because_o there_o may_v be_v many_o holy_a duty_n in_o several_a day_n of_o the_o week_n which_o we_o know_v be_v against_o the_o morality_n of_o the_o four_o commandment_n thesis_n 26._o yet_o notwithstanding_o although_o holy_a duty_n on_o a_o day_n do_v not_o argue_v such_o a_o day_n to_o be_v our_o sabbath_n yet_o that_o day_n which_o be_v set_v apart_o for_o sabbath_n service_n rather_o than_o any_o other_o day_n and_o be_v honour_v above_o any_o other_o day_n for_o that_o end_n sure_o such_o a_o day_n be_v the_o christian_a sabbath_n now_o if_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o week_n be_v thus_o honour_v then_o certain_o it_o be_v to_o be_v account_v the_o christian_a sabbath_n thesis_n 27._o the_o primitive_a pattern_n church_n thus_o honour_v above_o any_o other_o day_n for_o sabbath_n service_n then_o certain_o they_o be_v institute_v and_o teach_v thus_o to_o do_v by_o the_o apostle_n approve_v of_o they_o herein_o and_o what_o the_o apostle_n teach_v the_o church_n that_o the_o lord_n jesus_n command_v to_o the_o apostle_n so_o that_o the_o approve_a practice_n of_o the_o church_n herein_o show_v what_o be_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o apostle_n and_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o apostle_n show_v what_o be_v the_o command_n of_o christ_n so_o that_o the_o sanctification_n of_o this_o fiâ—st_a day_n of_o the_o week_n be_v no_o humane_a tradition_n but_o a_o divine_a institution_n from_o christ_n himself_o thesis_n 28._o that_o the_o church_n honour_v this_o day_n above_o any_o other_o shall_v appear_v in_o its_o place_n will_v not_o now_o contend_v oneâ—y_v it_o may_v be_v consider_v whether_o any_o private_a spirit_n can_v abolish_v that_o day_n which_o from_o the_o beginning_n of_o the_o world_n god_n so_o high_o honour_v and_o then_o honour_n and_o advance_v another_o day_n above_o it_o and_o sanctify_v it_o too_o as_o shall_v be_v prove_v for_o religious_a service_n can_v any_o do_v this_o just_o but_o by_o
