thereof_o as_o appear_v by_o the_o dispensation_n of_o pope_n paul_n 5._o to_o turn_v the_o liturgy_n of_o the_o mass_n into_o the_o vulgar_a language_n of_o china_n &_o to_o use_v the_o same_o until_o the_o latin_a tongue_n grow_v more_o know_v &_o familiar_a in_o that_o country_n moreover_o the_o prayer_n &_o other_o spiritual_a exercise_n which_o s._n paul_n speak_v against_o be_v extemporal_a make_v in_o public_a meeting_n according_a to_o the_o present_a inspire_a devotion_n of_o the_o speaker_n so_o that_o the_o unlearned_a hearer_n or_o he_o that_o supply_v his_o place_n vulgar_a language_n the_o difference_n for_o matter_n of_o understanding_n will_v be_v but_o in_o a_o little_a more_o or_o less_o for_o that_o every_o woman_n boy_n &_o girl_n in_o a_o church_n shall_v be_v able_a to_o understand_v word_n by_o word_n the_o liturgy_n thereof_o be_v it_o in_o what_o language_n it_o will_v be_v moral_o impossible_a see_v there_o be_v great_a store_n of_o word_n in_o every_o tongue_n in_o common_a use_n among_o the_o better_a sort_n which_o common_a people_n do_v not_o understand_v and_o suppose_v this_o may_v be_v avoid_v in_o those_o part_n of_o the_o liturgy_n which_o be_v compose_v by_o the_o church_n by_o make_v choice_n of_o the_o most_o vulgar_a word_n that_o may_v be_v find_v yet_o it_o be_v impossible_a to_o be_v so_o in_o that_o which_o
