punish_v very_o good_a by_o what_o rule_n then_o do_v he_o judge_v the_o way_n of_o their_o performance_n disorderly_a and_o irregular_a all_o order_n consist_v in_o the_o due_a observation_n of_o some_o rule_n now_o if_o he_o will_v tell_v we_o of_o any_o rule_n they_o therein_o transgress_v which_o he_o will_v abide_v by_o he_o have_v say_v something_o to_o the_o purpose_n he_o tell_v we_o indeed_o they_o be_v punish_v for_o not_o do_v they_o in_o that_o due_a manner_n as_o be_v enjoin_v they_o by_o their_o superior_n yet_o do_v not_o say_v the_o injunction_n of_o superior_n be_v the_o rule_n whereby_o they_o be_v to_o be_v perform_v query_n nay_o he_o say_v if_o the_o governor_n of_o the_o church_n do_v command_v a_o worship_n that_o be_v idolatrous_a or_o superstitious_a or_o do_v appoint_v vain_a foolish_a and_o ridiculous_a ceremony_n they_o be_v not_o therein_o to_o be_v comply_v with_o so_o that_o the_o injunction_n or_o command_n of_o superior_n be_v not_o by_o his_o own_o confession_n this_o rule_n but_o he_o tell_v we_o they_o be_v punish_v for_o be_v disorderly_a in_o their_o station_n and_o calling_n and_o for_o be_v disobedient_a to_o government_n and_o law_n if_o by_o be_v disorderly_a in_o their_o station_n and_o calling_n he_o mean_v as_o he_o elsewhere_o say_v their_o usurp_a the_o office_n of_o bishop_n as_o well_o as_o of_o the_o inferior_a clergy_n he_o have_v thereon_o already_o have_v the_o judgement_n of_o as_o learned_a and_o judicious_a a_o divine_a as_o most_o the_o church_n of_o england_n can_v boast_v of_o and_o for_o their_o be_v disobedient_a though_o he_o have_v advise_v we_o to_o resign_v up_o ourselves_o unto_o the_o father_n of_o the_o church_n he_o have_v not_o yet_o tell_v we_o they_o be_v to_o be_v obey_v in_o whatever_o they_o shall_v or_o may_v command_v we_o so_o that_o neither_o can_v the_o command_n of_o governor_n nor_o law_n of_o superior_n be_v this_o rule_n nor_o indeed_o ought_v else_o but_o the_o will_n of_o god_n reveal_v in_o his_o word_n to_o the_o law_n and_o to_o the_o testimony_n be_v the_o old_a rule_n and_o the_o divine_a institution_n be_v still_o the_o only_a rule_n to_o judge_v of_o the_o orderly_a and_o disorderly_a performance_n of_o all_o religious_a duty_n â—_o by_o and_o if_o the_o manner_n of_o their_o performance_n be_v not_o according_a unto_o this_o rule_n it_o be_v indeed_o disorderly_a and_o irregular_a and_o suffer_v upon_o that_o account_n may_v be_v esteem_v a_o punishment_n rather_o than_o a_o persecution_n as_o may_v likewise_o their_o suffering_n who_o be_v disobedient_a to_o the_o law_n and_o government_n of_o man_n in_o all_o civil_a and_o secular_a matter_n and_o concern_v and_o they_o also_o who_o censure_n the_o action_n of_o authority_n usurp_v the_o office_n of_o the_o ministry_n endanger_v the_o peace_n of_o the_o state_n and_o violate_v the_o unity_n of_o the_o church_n nor_o be_v there_o great_a violater_n of_o the_o church_n unity_n than_o they_o who_o impose_v on_o christ_n disciple_n other_o condition_n of_o church-fellowship_n and_o communion_n than_o christ_n or_o his_o apostle_n ever_o enjoin_v or_o require_v and_o so_o far_o i_o agree_v with_o
