controversy_n it_o be_v while_o the_o person_n claim_v a_o right_a in_o baptism_n for_o his_o child_n and_o be_v a_o controversy_n the_o pastor_n be_v judge_v but_o if_o he_o baptize_v a_o heathen_a that_o make_v no_o profession_n of_o christianity_n true_a or_o false_a than_o he_o meddle_v in_o a_o matter_n exempt_v from_o his_o power_n and_o out_o of_o his_o commission_n and_o contrary_a to_o it_o and_o that_o which_o can_v be_v no_o controversy_n fit_a for_o his_o determination_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v null_a and_o indeed_o no_o baptism_n object_n if_o the_o pastor_n be_v thus_o
