shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o father_n of_o such_o child_n or_o child_n whether_o bear_v at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o decease_n of_o the_o father_n or_o at_o that_o time_n in_o ventre_n sa_o mere_a or_o whether_o such_o father_n be_v within_o the_o age_n of_o 21_o year_n or_o of_o full_a age_n by_o his_o deed_n execute_v in_o his_o life_n time_n or_o by_o his_o last_o churchwarden_n or_o overseer_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o any_o parish_n to_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o forty_o day_n after_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n come_v so_o to_o settle_v as_o aforesaid_a in_o any_o tenement_n under_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o ten_o pound_n for_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n whereof_o one_o to_o be_v of_o the_o quorum_fw-la of_o the_o poor_a for_o the_o say_a year_n that_o he_o or_o they_o have_v a_o dwell_a house_n or_o place_n in_o which_o he_o or_o they_o inhabit_v and_o have_v leave_v wife_n and_o child_n or_o some_o of_o they_o there_o or_o otherwise_o as_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o person_n shall_v require_v and_o be_v declare_v a_o inhabitant_n or_o inhabitant_n there_o and_o in_o such_o case_n if_o the_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v not_o return_v to_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a when_o he_o or_o their_o work_n be_v finish_v or_o shall_v fall_v sick_a or_o impotent_a whilst_o he_o or_o they_o be_v in_o the_o say_a work_n it_o shall_v not_o be_v account_v a_o settlement_n in_o the_o case_n abovesaid_a but_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n
