matter_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o extend_v to_o any_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n whereof_o james_n lord_n audley_n earl_n of_o castle-haven_n be_v seize_v or_o possess_v of_o in_o purchaser_n of_o certain_a land_n in_o the_o barony_n of_o denifore_n in_o the_o county_n of_o westmeath_n for_o which_o they_o pay_v five_o thousand_o pound_n or_o thereabouts_o to_o edward_n carey_n
