money_n and_o other_o provision_n by_o he_o furnish_v for_o relief_n of_o the_o army_n in_o ireland_n between_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o one_o &_o one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o three_o which_o have_v not_o be_v decree_v away_o by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o the_o say_v former_a act_n and_o that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o usurper_n in_o england_n for_o the_o farm_n or_o receipt_n of_o certain_a custom_n or_o imposition_n upon_o merchandise_n export_v or_o import_v then_o and_o there_o usual_o pay_v and_o upon_o such_o his_o contract_n and_o undertake_n become_v indebt_v and_o stand_v charge_v and_o chargeable_a with_o the_o sum_n of_o tenn_n thousand_o pound_n or_o thereabouts_o as_o in_o and_o by_o the_o record_n thereof_o remain_v in_o the_o court_n of_o exchequer_n in_o england_n more_o full_o appear_v which_o say_v debt_n and_o duty_n stand_v except_v out_o of_o the_o act_n of_o parliament_n pass_v in_o england_n entitle_v a_o act_n of_o free_a and_o general_a pardon_n indemnity_n and_o oblivion_n and_o remain_v vest_v in_o his_o majesty_n and_o be_v still_o unsatisfy_a no_o land_n or_o tenement_n good_n or_o chattel_n of_o the_o say_v samuel_n avery_n whereupon_o the_o say_a debt_n may_v be_v levy_v be_v to_o be_v find_v in_o england_n and_o the_o whole_a adventure_n of_o the_o say_v samuel_n avery_n and_o the_o land_n therefore_o set_v out_o in_o the_o say_a barony_n of_o conello_n although_o no_o defalcation_n thereof_o be_v make_v be_v too_o little_a to_o satisfy_v the_o say_a debt_n
