and_o be_v so_o commissionated_a shall_v have_v power_n to_o train_n exercise_n and_o put_v in_o readiness_n and_o also_o to_o lead_v and_o conduct_v the_o person_n so_o to_o be_v arm_v array_v and_o weapon_v by_o the_o direction_n and_o to_o the_o intent_n and_o purpose_n aforesaid_a and_o for_o the_o provide_v of_o horse_n and_o arm_n and_o the_o furniture_n thereunto_o belong_v for_o the_o commissioner_n or_o any_o seven_o or_o more_o of_o they_o have_v hereby_o power_n and_o authority_n to_o assess_v and_o charge_v all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n inhabit_v and_o commissioner_n shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v by_o the_o time_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n to_o provide_v and_o furnish_v such_o sufficient_a horse_n horse_n arm_n and_o other_o furniture_n or_o to_o pay_v such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n towards_o the_o provide_v and_o furnish_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o seven_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o inflict_v a_o penalty_n upon_o such_o person_n and_o person_n not_o exceed_v twenty_o pound_n and_o also_o by_o
