his_o precept_n and_o commandment_n anthony_n yea_o but_o forasmuch_o as_o satan_n of_o his_o own_o nature_n be_v a_o great_a liar_n yea_o the_o father_n of_o lie_n will_v he_o keep_v touch_n and_o fulfil_v his_o promise_n as_o you_o have_v say_v theoph._n satan_n be_v not_o always_o a_o liar_n though_o he_o be_v always_o a_o deceiver_n for_o oftentimes_o he_o speak_v truth_n that_o he_o may_v deceive_v those_o that_o hear_v he_o and_o oftentimes_o he_o perform_v his_o promise_n because_o he_o will_v not_o seem_v to_o be_v a_o deceiver_n but_o rather_o a_o teller_n of_o truth_n when_o satan_n say_v of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n in_o mark_n the_o two_o chapter_n the_o xxiiij_o verse_n thou_o be_v that_o holy_a one_o of_o god_n he_o say_v true_a and_o lie_v not_o but_o what_o be_v his_o mind_n then_o forsooth_o that_o they_o which_o hear_v that_o shall_v afterward_o be_v deceive_v and_o when_o he_o say_v as_o much_o of_o paul_n and_o silla_n in_o the_o xuj_o chapter_n of_o act_n the_o xvij_o verse_n in_o these_o word_n these_o man_n be_v the_o servant_n of_o the_o great_a god_n which_o show_v unto_o you_o the_o way_n of_o salvation_n he_o say_v true_a yet_o notwithstanding_o he_o be_v a_o deceiver_n and_o by_o that_o mean_v he_o seek_v a_o way_n to_o deceive_v man_n so_o when_o satan_n keep_v promise_v &_o perform_v those_o thing_n which_o he_o have_v covenant_v with_o the_o sorcerer_n he_o do_v it_o to_o the_o intent_n that_o afterward_o he_o may_v more_o easy_o &_o ready_a seduce_v they_o &_o also_o the_o more_o assure●ly_o bind_v and_o ally_v they_o unto_o he_o antho._n proceed_v than_o i_o pray_v you_o &_o declare_v the_o mean_n whereby_o they_o do_v work_v theo._n this_o be_v almost_o the_o manner_n of_o make_v their_o covenant_n first_o satan_n require_v of_o they_o that_o they_o do_v whole_o &_o full_o renounce_v the_o true_a god_n creator_n of_o all_o thing_n the_o lord_n of_o heaven_n &_o hell_n &_o that_o henceforward_o they_o serve_v he_o who_o there_o profess_v himself_o without_o dissimulation_n to_o be_v satan_n and_o that_o hereafter_o they_o depend_v at_o his_o beck_n and_o commandment_n seek_v all_o their_o help_n of_o he_o which_o renounce_v &_o deny_v of_o the_o true_a god_n with_o the_o most_o abominable_a forswer_v of_o he_o be_v the_o first_o step_n &_o entrance_n to_o make_v friendship_n &_o agreement_n between_o these_o wicked_a man_n &_o satan_n and_o the_o first_o bargain_n of_o all_o this_o business_n unto_o these_o in_o this_o detestable_a manner_n be_v receive_v into_o service_n &_o slavery_n to_o satan_n he_o than_o give_v a_o mark_n either_o with_o his_o tooth_n or_o hand_n &_o then_o will_v every_o one_o to_o demand_v of_o he_o what_o they_o will_v have_v he_o do_v for_o they_o teach_v they_o the_o safe_a &_o privy_a way_n to_o revenge_v themselves_o upon_o those_o who_o they_o hate_v then_o give_v he_o powder_v root_n &_o poison_n unto_o they_o either_o by_o himself_o or_o by_o other_o that_o be_v there_o in_o a_o readiness_n that_o they_o may_v free_o &_o safe_o intoxicate_a who_o they_o listen_v then_o this_o ungracious_a &_o new_a servant_n of_o satan_n every_o day_n afterward_o something_o of_o his_o good_n to_o his_o patron_n some_o his_o dog_n some_o his_o hen_n and_o some_o his_o cat_n in_o which_o do_v there_o be_v a_o great_a ratify_n of_o their_o deed_n and_o denial_n of_o the_o true_a god_n then_o in_o their_o first_o
