of_o a_o curse_n from_o outward_a good_a estate_n nor_o unreasonable_o be_v cut_v off_o from_o the_o earth_n now_o because_o some_o of_o these_o judgment_n seem_v sometime_o to_o fall_v on_o some_o righteous_a person_n who_o for_o a_o season_n be_v separate_v from_o the_o comfortable_a sight_n of_o god_n kindness_n and_o favour_n towards_o they_o and_o their_o estate_n in_o appearance_n be_v whole_o ruinate_v therefore_o the_o word_n do_v well_o bear_v it_o agree_v with_o that_o of_o solomon_n that_o the_o righteous_a shall_v not_o be_v remove_v for_o ever_o though_o they_o seem_v to_o be_v cast_v down_o for_o a_o time_n yet_o they_o shall_v be_v restore_v again_o therefore_o godly_a man_n must_v needs_o be_v in_o safety_n because_o they_o be_v god_n child_n who_o he_o in_o christ_n have_v beget_v to_o himself_o by_o the_o immortal_a seed_n of_o the_o word_n we_o see_v here_o the_o constancy_n of_o god_n child_n child_n the_o constancy_n of_o god_n child_n no_o wind_n of_o tempration_n can_v remove_v or_o overthrow_v they_o they_o be_v like_o rock_n in_o the_o sea_n endure_v every_o wave_n like_o tree_n plant_v by_o the_o river_n side_n god_n own_o plantation_n they_o may_v be_v shake_v but_o not_o overturn_v they_o abide_v root_v and_o establish_v by_o the_o lord_n such_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o faith_n that_o it_o carry_v we_o out_o of_o ourselves_o into_o the_o lord_n and_o make_v we_o lean_a upon_o he_o rest_n in_o he_o and_o live_v in_o he_o they_o who_o abide_v in_o themselves_o rest_v in_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v in_o they_o either_o wisdom_n strength_n or_o merit_n shall_v be_v find_v to_o have_v build_v their_o house_n on_o the_o sand_n which_o will_v not_o continue_v but_o such_o as_o go_v out_o of_o themselves_o and_o trust_v in_o the_o lord_n have_v build_v their_o house_n on_o the_o rock_n that_o shall_v never_o fail_v they_o therefore_o cleave_v you_o fast_o unto_o he_o and_o fear_v not_o be_v of_o good_a comfort_n though_o other_o be_v curse_a yet_o you_o shall_v be_v bless_v for_o you_o see_v the_o difference_n of_o be_v religious_a and_o be_v profane_a of_o love_a christ_n &_o loathe_v he_o &_o this_o difference_n here_o will_v make_v a_o fearful_a difference_n in_o the_o world_n to_o come_v when_o no_o man_n can_v help_v it_o have_v he_o the_o treasure_n of_o all_o the_o earth_n to_o purchase_v his_o ease_n with_o all_o and_o therefore_o remember_v yourselves_o betimes_o &_o turn_v to_o the_o lord_n with_o all_o your_o heart_n &_o serve_v he_o in_o holiness_n &_o righteousness_n all_o the_o day_n of_o your_o life_n that_o so_o you_o may_v be_v bless_v both_o here_o in_o this_o world_n and_o in_o the_o world_n to_o come_v first_o this_o may_v seem_v to_o reprove_v that_o curse_a yet_o common_a opinion_n of_o the_o world_n namely_o that_o of_o all_o man_n the_o godly_a man_n be_v most_o miserable_a we_o see_v here_o the_o lord_n himself_o do_v proclaim_v from_o heaven_n that_o he_o account_v the_o godly_a man_n and_o he_o that_o trust_v in_o the_o lord_n a_o bless_a and_o happy_a man_n but_o yet_o the_o world_n that_o be_v the_o wicked_a man_n in_o the_o world_n judge_n and_o deem_v the_o godly_a man_n wretched_a and_o miserable_a such_o a_o man_n as_o true_o fear_v god_n hate_v all_o iniquity_n dislike_v lewd_a company_n make_v conscience_n of_o good_a duty_n as_o to_o pray_v in_o his_o family_n to_o instruct_v his_o servant_n and_o child_n be_v diligent_a and_o careful_a to_o frequent_v sermon_n this_o man_n be_v a_o owl_n among_o bird_n whoot_v at_o and_o point_a at_o and_o of_o all_o man_n he_o most_o contemn_a but_o as_o paul_n say_v thus_o it_o must_v be_v we_o be_v bring_v upon_o the_o stage_n we_o be_v make_v a_o gazing-stocke_n to_o wicked_a man_n and_o account_v as_o dung_n for_o christ_n sake_n second_o this_o may_v serve_v to_o stop_v their_o mouth_n that_o say_v and_o think_v it_o be_v in_o vain_a to_o serve_v the_o lord_n that_o it_o be_v lose_v labour_n to_o be_v religious_a that_o there_o be_v no_o good_a get_v by_o hear_v of_o sermon_n and_o lead_v of_o a_o godly_a life_n it_o be_v and_o ever_o have_v be_v the_o curse_a thought_n of_o man_n heart_n to_o think_v so_o as_o in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o prophet_n malachy_n 3.14_o mal._n 3.14_o it_o be_v lose_v labour_n to_o serve_v the_o lord_n and_o what_o good_a come_v there_o by_o serve_v of_o god_n so_o in_o these_o day_n it_o be_v clear_a man_n think_v it_o be_v in_o vain_a to_o be_v religious_a to_o live_v godly_a and_o in_o all_o thing_n to_o labour_n to_o keep_v faith_n and_o a_o good_a conscience_n before_o god_n and_o man_n but_o it_o be_v manifest_a here_o that_o it_o be_v not_o in_o vain_a to_o serve_v god_n nay_o it_o be_v that_o alone_a that_o bring_v a_o man_n to_o happiness_n and_o true_a comfort_n here_o and_o eternal_a measure_n of_o glory_n in_o the_o world_n to_o come_v &_o withal_o this_o may_v serve_v to_o comfort_v every_o child_n of_o god_n against_o all_o the_o discouragement_n of_o the_o world_n by_o satan_n &_o his_o curse_a instrument_n namely_o that_o whatsoever_o thy_o estate_n be_v 1._o heb._n 11.24.12.23_o psal_n 125._o verse_n 1._o never_o so_o poor_a in_o this_o world_n and_o subject_a to_o never_o so_o many_o affliction_n yet_o if_o thou_o be_v a_o godly_a man_n certain_o than_o thou_o be_v bless_v thou_o that_o be_v in_o god_n favour_n thou_o that_o be_v reconcile_v to_o god_n in_o jesus_n christ_n and_o have_v thy_o sin_n pardon_v eternal_a life_n belong_v unto_o
