be_v holy_a by_o the_o fruit_n thereof_o christ_n as_o aforesaid_a be_v the_o root_n or_o vine_n the_o branch_n can_v no_o way_n be_v say_v to_o subsist_v and_o to_o grow_v in_o he_o as_o their_o root_n but_o only_o by_o say_v and_o he_o in_o they_o by_o his_o spirit_n without_o which_o there_o be_v no_o holiness_n in_o the_o apostle_n sense_n who_o speak_v of_o such_o as_o holiness_n as_o be_v produce_v in_o the_o branch_n by_o the_o holy_a root_n in_o which_o ingrowes_a and_o so_o partake_v of_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o root_n by_o virtue_n of_o the_o union_n and_o communion_n it_o thereof_o as_o joh._n 15.1.7_o nature_n itself_o teach_v as_o much_o for_o no_o man_n will_v admit_v of_o dead_a plant_n to_o be_v set_v in_o his_o vineyard_n or_o graft_v into_o a_o stock_n but_o depend_v upon_o that_o bless_a change_n and_o spiritual_a birth_n by_o which_o they_o be_v bear_v again_o and_o call_v to_o believe_v in_o the_o lord_n of_o life_n and_o not_o their_o be_v the_o
