spot_n to_o partake_v of_o everlasting_a life_n three_o whereas_o in_o all_o covenant_n there_o be_v contain_v two_o part_n therefore_o be_v we_o by_o god_n through_o baptism_n admonish_v of_o and_o oblige_v unto_o new_a obedience_n namely_o that_o we_o cleave_v to_o this_o one_o god_n father_n son_n and_o holy_a ghost_n that_o we_o trust_v in_o he_o and_o love_v he_o with_o all_o our_o heart_n with_o all_o our_o soul_n and_o all_o our_o mind_n that_o we_o forsake_v the_o world_n crucify_v our_o old_a nature_n and_o walk_v in_o a_o new_a and_o holy_a life_n and_o if_o through_o weakness_n end_n it_o may_v be_v to_o you_o a_o seal_n of_o your_o engraft_v into_o the_o church_n of_o god_n that_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o you_o do_v not_o only_o receive_v the_o christian_a religion_n in_o which_o you_o have_v be_v private_o examine_v by_o we_o and_o of_o which_o also_o you_o have_v make_v confession_n before_o we_o but_o that_o you_o through_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n intend_v and_o purpose_n to_o lead_v a_o life_n according_a to_o the_o same_o you_o be_v sincere_o to_o give_v answer_n before_o god_n and_o his_o church_n first_o whether_o you_o believe_v in_o the_o true_a god_n distinct_a in_o three_o person_n father_n son_n and_o holy_a ghost_n who_o have_v make_v heaven_n and_o earth_n and_o all_o that_o be_v therein_o and_o that_o he_o sustain_v and_o govern_v the_o same_o in_o so_o much_o that_o nothing_o can_v come_v to_o pass_v in_o heaven_n or_o in_o earth_n without_o his_o will_n answer_n yea._n second_o whether_o you_o believe_v that_o you_o be_v conceive_v and_o bear_v in_o sin_n consequent_o that_o you_o be_v a_o child_n of_o wrath_n by_o nature_n unfit_a to_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v good_a and_o prone_a to_o all_o evil_a and_o that_o you_o in_o
