all_o and_o singular_a the_o premise_n shall_v be_v clear_o void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_v and_o that_o then_o and_o from_o the_o time_n of_o such_o payment_n make_v to_o the_o say_v i._o i._n his_o executor_n or_o assign_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_v t._n j._n his_o executor_n and_o assign_n the_o say_a tenement_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n with_o their_o appurtenance_n to_o have_v again_o repossess_v and_o re-enjoy_v as_o in_o his_o or_o their_o former_a estate_n any_o thing_n herein_o mention_v to_o the_o citizen_n and_o parriar_n of_o l._n and_o with_o i_o the_o say_v w._n r._n at_o the_o special_a request_n and_o desire_v of_o i_o the_o say_v w._n r._n and_o for_o my_o only_a debt_n and_o duty_n by_o our_o write_n or_o bond_n obligatory_a bear_v date_n the_o two_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o february_n in_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n etc._n etc._n stand_v and_o be_v joint_o and_o several_o bind_v unto_o j._n c_o etc._n etc._n citizen_n and_o clothworker_n of_o l._n in_o the_o sum_n of_o forty_o pound_n of_o lawful_a etc._n etc._n with_o condition_n thereupon_o on_o the_o first_o day_n of_o april_n than_o next_o ensue_v twenty_o shilling_n on_o the_o first_o day_n of_o may_n then_o next_o ensue_v twenty_o shilling_n and_o so_o from_o henceforth_o every_o month_n monthly_o follow_v on_o the_o first_o day_n of_o every_o month_n twenty_o shilling_n until_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n and_o every_o part_n thereof_o shall_v be_v so_o full_o and_o true_o pay_v as_o by_o the_o same_o write_n or_o bond_n obligatory_a and_o the_o condition_n thereof_o more_o plain_o and_o at_o large_a may_v appear_v now_o know_v you_o that_o i_o the_o say_v w._n r._n for_o the_o full_a and_o clear_a indemnity_n and_o discharge_n of_o the_o say_v e._n b._n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n and_o every_o of_o they_o against_o the_o say_v i._o c._n his_o executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_n and_o every_o of_o they_o and_o
