unto_o god_n where_o the_o most_o part_n of_o monkish_a vow_n be_v make_v unto_o creature_n again_o the_o vow_n of_o the_o nazareans_n alter_v not_o the_o trade_n of_o life_n neither_o be_v the_o unity_n of_o the_o church_n thereby_o divide_v but_o monkish_a vow_n as_o they_o take_v away_o all_o former_a trade_n of_o life_n so_o they_o bring_v into_o the_o church_n many_o diverse_a sect_n the_o nazareans_n vow_v such_o thing_n as_o man_n be_v able_a to_o perform_v monk_n vow_v chastity_n which_o the_o whole_a scripture_n say_v be_v not_o give_v to_o every_o man_n the_o nazareans_n be_v grievous_a or_o chargeable_a to_o none_o by_o reason_n of_o their_o vow_n but_o monk_n while_o they_o vow_v wilful_a poverty_n will_v be_v feed_v like_o idle_a paunchbelly_n of_o other_o man_n labour_n the_o nazareans_n vow_n forbid_v they_o not_o obedience_n to_o magistrate_n parent_n and_o all_o other_o estate_n to_o who_o we_o be_v bind_v by_o nature_n monk_n vow_v break_v all_o obedience_n and_o bound_v they_o only_o to_o their_o abbot_n who_o owe_v obedience_n both_o to_o parent_n and_o ruler_n furthermore_o the_o nazareans_n have_v no_o affiance_n in_o their_o own_o merit_n for_o they_o both_o confess_v themselves_o to_o be_v sinner_n when_o their_o vow_n be_v end_v and_o that_o god_n be_v the_o author_n of_o all_o goodness_n but_o monkish_a vow_n most_o of_o all_o other_o maintain_v a_o affiance_n in_o man_n righteousness_n and_o deserve_n wherefore_o if_o there_o be_v no_o other_o cause_n this_o one_o be_v sufficient_a to_o condemn_v they_o and_o put_v they_o away_o but_o to_o let_v pass_v this_o pump_n and_o sink_v of_o superstition_n ephesus_n return_v we_o unto_o paul_n which_o travel_v out_o of_o achaia_n into_o asia_n the_o lesser_a come_v to_o their_o labour_n and_o disdainful_o to_o avoid_v their_o company_n let_v we_o again_o consider_v how_o paul_n refuse_v to_o accomplish_v a_o godly_a request_n for_o he_o say_v i_o must_v needs_o at_o but_o god_n do_n be_v to_o he_o know_v and_o certain_a and_o the_o chief_a use_n of_o such_o example_n be_v for_o we_o to_o learn_v to_o submit_v our_o will_n and_o desire_n seem_v they_o never_o so_o holy_a and_o good_a unto_o the_o pleasure_n of_o god_n four_o let_v we_o see_v how_o paul_n depart_v from_o ephesus_n he_o bid_v they_o farewell_o which_o be_v a_o token_n of_o thankfulness_n and_o god_n word_n for_o in_o the_o minister_n appear_v not_o those_o token_n of_o the_o apostolic_a zeal_n because_o many_o of_o they_o be_v occupy_v more_o in_o vain_a study_n than_o in_o the_o meditation_n of_o god_n word_n and_o think_v they_o have_v well_o discharge_v their_o duty_n if_o they_o make_v one_o or_o two_o cold_a collation_n in_o a_o week_n again_o the_o people_n that_o can_v not_o stand_v long_o to_o hear_v think_v every_o minute_n of_o a_o hour_n that_o they_o spend_v in_o hear_v of_o god_n word_n a_o whole_a day_n whereas_o in_o trifle_a study_n yea_o in_o filthy_a of_o god_n keep_v from_o a_o great_a many_o see_v what_o god_n say_v of_o both_o these_o evil_n in_o malach._n 2._o cap._n and_o amos._n 7._o now_o follow_v the_o miracle_n by_o the_o which_o god_n regard_v not_o the_o majesty_n of_o god_n wherefore_o it_o can_v not_o be_v but_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n must_v tend_v to_o their_o destruction_n which_o otherwise_o be_v the_o administratrix_n of_o salvation_n unto_o the_o diligent_a hearer_n and_o they_o that_o believe_v it_o also_o we_o be_v teach_v by_o this_o place_n that_o god_n permit_v we_o sometime_o to_o be_v tempt_v with_o doleful_a and_o heavy_a trouble_n for_o what_o thing_n i_o pray_v you_o can_v make_v paul_n doctrine_n to_o be_v suspect_v see_v his_o industry_n be_v disturb_v with_o so_o dolorous_a a_o trouble_n yea_o what_o envy_n shall_v the_o apostle_n have_v have_v who_o shall_v have_v be_v judge_v the_o cause_n by_o reason_n of_o his_o long_a sermon_n but_o the_o lord_n fail_v not_o those_o that_o be_v he_o but_o by_o a_o notable_a miracle_n show_v by_o and_o by_o that_o the_o gospel_n bring_v salvation_n so_o that_o whatsoever_o seem_v to_o make_v most_o against_o it_o serve_v to_o the_o confirmation_n thereof_o let_v we_o learn_v therefore_o to_o judge_v right_o of_o all_o adversity_n that_o fall_v out_o god_n send_v they_o to_o fear_v we_o and_o to_o have_v occasion_n to_o
