be_v restrain_v to_o judgement_n because_o as_o i_o think_v it_o have_v a_o large_a scope_n for_o by_o these_o two_o word_n the_o prophet_n mean_v to_o set_v forth_o the_o impudency_n of_o the_o wicked_a who_o proud_o and_o insolent_o exalt_v themselves_o against_o god_n why_o so_o because_o they_o will_v always_o do_v what_o they_o list_v and_o withstand_v he_o and_o his_o sacred_a will_n and_o as_o the_o poet_n feign_v that_o the_o giant_n make_v war_n with_o god_n poet_n a_o fiction_n of_o poet_n so_o these_o resist_v he_o when_o he_o threaten_v persuade_v themselves_o that_o they_o be_v able_a to_o make_v his_o force_n to_o recoil_v by_o their_o pride_n and_o overween_a verse_n 13._o therefore_o this_o iniquity_n shall_v be_v unto_o you_o as_o a_o breach_n that_o fall_v or_o a_o swell_n in_o a_o high_a wall_n who_o break_v come_v sudden_o in_o a_o moment_n this_o be_v the_o sentence_n touch_v their_o punishment_n which_o isaiah_n set_v forth_o by_o a_o goodly_a similitude_n for_o he_o compare_v the_o wicked_a to_o a_o wall_n that_o be_v crack_v or_o swell_v now_o as_o the_o swell_a of_o a_o wall_n show_v that_o it_o be_v ready_a to_o fall_v because_o it_o can_v long_o destruction_n for_o the_o more_o they_o be_v puff_v up_o the_o more_o sudden_a shall_v their_o downfall_n be_v and_o as_o they_o be_v full_a of_o wind_n so_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a but_o be_v overcharge_v therewith_o they_o must_v forthwith_o break_v in_o sunder_o he_o bid_v they_o therefore_o to_o exalt_v themselves_o and_o to_o behave_v themselves_o malapert_o against_o god_n if_o they_o will_v but_o in_o conclusion_n he_o will_v quick_o overturn_v your_o pride_n &_o presumption_n for_o it_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o bubble_n full_a of_o wind_n hence_o we_o be_v to_o be_v admonish_v that_o there_o be_v nothing_o better_a for_o we_o then_o that_o we_o whole_o submit_v ourselves_o under_o god_n and_o so_o to_o gather_v in_o all_o our_o spirit_n that_o we_o bound_v ourselves_o perpetual_o to_o do_v he_o service_n for_o whosoever_o he_o be_v that_o shake_v off_o this_o humility_n and_o grow_v proud_a must_v needs_o break_v in_o sunder_o with_o gather_v in_o over_o much_o wind_n the_o lord_n indeed_o for_o a_o time_n suffer_v the_o wicked_a to_o swell_v and_o make_v their_o great_a rise_n and_o overflowing_n appear_v that_o in_o the_o end_n they_o may_v be_v break_v without_o pity_n and_o in_o the_o break_n thereof_o there_o be_v not_o find_v so_o much_o as_o a_o share_v to_o take_v fire_n out_o of_o the_o hearth_n or_o to_o take_v water_n out_o of_o perish_v in_o such_o sort_n that_o they_o shall_v never_o be_v heal_v so_o that_o the_o remainder_n shall_v be_v utter_o unprofitable_a he_o therefore_o use_v a_o similitude_n take_v from_o a_o earthen_a vessel_n who_o break_a piece_n can_v neither_o be_v make_v up_o nor_o gather_v together_o again_o which_o threaten_n aught_o great_o to_o move_v we_o to_o embrace_v the_o word_n of_o god_n daily_o to_o set_v up_o their_o crest_n notwithstanding_o they_o have_v have_v the_o foil_n three_o or_o four_o time_n why_o so_o because_o nothing_o be_v more_o difficult_a then_o to_o pluck_v from_o out_o of_o their_o heart_n that_o false_a confidence_n which_o be_v fast_o root_v therein_o verse_n 15._o for_o thus_o say_v the_o lord_n god_n the_o holy_a one_o of_o israel_n in_o rest_n and_o in_o forsooth_o aught_o to_o be_v exempt_a from_o all_o correction_n because_o they_o be_v the_o peculiar_a people_n of_o god_n also_o when_o he_o say_v that_o the_o mountain_n tremble_v by_o this_o comparison_n he_o express_v the_o weight_n of_o the_o punishment_n under_o which_o they_o harden_v themselves_o to_o the_o end_n he_o may_v yet_o more_o sharp_o reproove_v their_o sensâ—lesnes_n as_o be_v more_o bloekish_a than_o thing_n without_o feeling_n if_o they_o feel_v not_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n and_o the_o horrible_a vengeance_n wherewith_o the_o kingdom_n of_o israel_n have_v be_v chastise_v and_o for_o all_o these_o thing_n he_o threaten_v more_o heavy_a plague_n to_o come_v as_o have_v be_v say_v for_o although_o the_o wicked_a know_v they_o be_v correct_v of_o the_o lord_n confidence_n as_o though_o the_o worst_a be_v pass_v and_o that_o the_o power_n of_o the_o almighty_a be_v spend_v this_o be_v the_o cause_n why_o he_o cry_v out_o that_o the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o yet_o appease_v and_o that_o although_o they_o have_v suffer_v many_o calamity_n yet_o notwithstanding_o he_o be_v furnish_v with_o variety_n of_o dart_n from_o whence_o they_o be_v to_o look_v for_o infinite_a wound_n the_o conjunction_n copulative_a may_v be_v resolve_v into_o the_o disiunctive_a as_o if_o he_o will_v say_v be_v sure_a that_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n be_v yet_o the_o least_o show_n of_o truce_n but_o they_o forthwith_o grow_v careless_a therefore_o he_o say_v that_o this_o destruction_n shall_v come_v from_o far_o whereof_o they_o do_v not_o so_o much_o as_o dream_v and_o thus_o he_o sound_v the_o alarm_n as_o if_o the_o enemy_n have_v be_v already_o at_o the_o gate_n for_o he_o put_v not_o these_o word_n from_o far_o and_o from_o the_o end_n of_o the_o rather_o use_v the_o word_n of_o hiss_v then_o some_o other_o that_o sound_v more_o terrible_o as_o of_o sound_v the_o trumpet_n or_o such_o like_a to_o show_v that_o god_n have_v no_o need_n of_o and_o presumption_n stretch_v at_o last_o see_v you_o will_v not_o suffer_v i_o to_o be_v master_n in_o my_o own_o workhouse_n and_o to_o govern_v my_o family_n as_o i_o think_v good_a verse_n 12._o
