1._o that_o it_o have_v be_v general_o receive_v by_o the_o consent_n of_o mankind_n 4._o that_o a_o person_n may_v be_v just_o punish_v beyond_o the_o desert_n of_o his_o own_o
likewise_o there_o be_v necessity_n in_o nature_n and_o reason_n that_o he_o that_o have_v thus_o deserve_v it_o must_v unavoidable_o suffer_v it_o and_o on_o the_o other_o side_n we_o say_v no_o
