of_o the_o peace_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n assign_v in_o the_o county_n aforesaid_a to_o be_v keep_v and_o there_o take_v his_o corporal_a oath_n that_o he_o grievous_o and_o manifest_o go_v in_o danger_n of_o his_o life_n and_o maim_v of_o his_o member_n by_o the_o aforesaid_a r.c._n by_o which_o he_o the_o same_o i.w._n long_o before_o the_o say_a time_n whereinis_fw-la etc._n etc._n
