the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n after_o the_o contract_n make_v and_o enter_v as_o aforesaid_a effectual_o prosecute_v his_o or_o their_o bargain_n by_o pay_v the_o full_a price_n or_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o or_o more_o and_o give_v such_o security_n for_o the_o remainder_n as_o shall_v be_v insist_v on_o by_o the_o say_a contractor_n so_o as_o the_o default_n lie_v on_o the_o part_n of_o such_o buyer_n or_o buyer_n than_o every_o such_o buyer_n for_o such_o default_n shall_v incur_v the_o penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n of_o one_o four_o part_n of_o the_o sum_n of_o the_o price_n agree_v on_o which_o upon_o certificate_n of_o such_o default_n with_o the_o sum_n of_o the_o penalty_n from_o three_o or_o more_o of_o the_o say_a contractor_n under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n unto_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n the_o say_a baron_n shall_v take_v order_n for_o the_o levy_n of_o the_o same_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n out_o of_o the_o estate_n real_a and_o personal_a of_o such_o defaulter_n or_o defaulter_n respective_o and_o every_o such_o defaulter_n shall_v also_o forfeit_v and_o lose_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o say_a bargain_n and_o in_o such_o case_n after_o the_o space_n of_o seven_o day_n from_o the_o expiration_n of_o the_o say_v month_n space_n next_o ensue_v the_o contract_n and_o such_o default_n continue_v than_o the_o say_a contractor_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o may_v and_o shall_v proceed_v to_o a_o new_a sale_n of_o all_o and_o every_o such_o particular_n concern_v which_o such_o default_n be_v make_v unto_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n as_o if_o no_o sale_n thereof_o have_v before_o be_v make_v but_o whereas_o divers_a of_o the_o say_a good_n and_o premise_n be_v of_o such_o nature_n as_o that_o though_o by_o reason_n of_o their_o rarity_n or_o antiquity_n they_o may_v yield_v very_o great_a price_n in_o foreign_a part_n where_o such_o thing_n be_v much_o value_v yet_o for_o particular_a man_n use_n in_o england_n they_o will_v be_v account_v little_a worth_n and_o so_o yield_v no_o considerable_a price_n if_o they_o shall_v be_v forthwith_o sell_v here_o according_a to_o the_o forego_n direction_n it_o be_v therefore_o further_o enact_v and_o provide_v that_o for_o such_o particular_n of_o the_o premise_n as_o the_o say_a contractor_n shall_v find_v to_o be_v of_o that_o nature_n they_o or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o may_v treat_v and_o agree_v with_o any_o merchant_n adventurer_n or_o foreign_a merchant_n about_o transport_v such_o of_o the_o say_a good_n into_o any_o foreign_a part_n where_o they_o may_v be_v sell_v at_o the_o best_a rate_n and_o either_o by_o immediate_a sale_n thereof_o to_o such_o merchant_n to_o be_v by_o they_o transport_v and_o sell_v as_o their_o own_o in_o which_o case_n the_o contractor_n may_v give_v such_o day_n or_o day_n for_o payment_n as_o they_o shall_v find_v needful_a and_o convenient_a for_o the_o better_a the_o utmost_a advantage_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n although_o it_o be_v in_o a_o way_n differ_v from_o that_o which_o be_v before_o in_o general_a direct_v for_o other_o part_n of_o the_o premise_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o that_o no_o such_o particular_n of_o the_o premise_n be_v sell_v to_o merchant_n here_o or_o transport_v into_o other_o part_n to_o be_v sell_v at_o any_o rate_v low_a than_o by_o the_o aforesaid_a apprizement_n they_o be_v value_v at_o and_o so_o as_o the_o money_n for_o which_o they_o shall_v be_v so_o sell_v be_v pay_v with_o all_o possible_a expedition_n in_o to_o the_o same_o treasury_n hereafter_o mention_v for_o the_o use_n hereafter_o appoint_v and_o the_o say_a contractor_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o choose_v and_o appoint_v a_o clerk-register_n and_o such_o other_o officer_n or_o agent_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o find_v needful_a for_o the_o better_a discharge_n of_o the_o trust_n and_o dispatch_v of_o the_o service_n hereby_o commit_v to_o they_o and_o for_o their_o own_o and_o
