great_a thing_n than_o to_o make_v we_o partaker_n of_o all_o his_o benefit_n for_o certain_o it_o be_v a_o more_o wonderful_a thing_n in_o god_n to_o suffer_v misery_n than_o to_o bestow_v benefit_n because_o as_o there_o be_v nothing_o more_o proper_a and_o convenient_a to_o his_o infinite_a goodness_n than_o to_o bestow_v benefit_n so_o be_v there_o nothing_o more_o strange_a and_o further_o of_o from_o that_o infinite_a felicity_n than_o to_o suffer_v misery_n whereby_o it_o appear_v that_o we_o be_v much_o more_o bind_v unto_o he_o for_o the_o pain_n and_o torment_n which_o he_o have_v suffer_v for_o we_o than_o for_o the_o great_a benefit_n which_o he_o have_v give_v unto_o we_o i_o mean_v hereby_o that_o we_o be_v much_o more_o bind_v unto_o he_o for_o the_o manner_n whereby_o he_o have_v remedy_v our_o misery_n than_o for_o the_o very_a remedy_n itself_o but_o how_o pass_v great_a be_v the_o love_n wherewith_o our_o saviour_n bestow_v all_o this_o upon_o we_o this_o be_v without_o all_o comparison_n far_o great_a us._n with_o what_o a_o pass_v great_a love_n our_o saviour_n suffer_v for_o us._n than_o all_o the_o rest_n for_o certain_o the_o desire_n which_o our_o saviour_n have_v to_o suffer_v pain_n for_o we_o be_v far_o great_a than_o the_o very_a pain_n which_o he_o suffer_v and_o much_o more_o pain_n will_v he_o have_v suffer_v if_o it_o have_v be_v needful_a for_o us._n three_o hour_n he_o continue_v suffer_v pain_n and_o torment_n upon_o the_o cross_n for_o our_o sin_n but_o what_o be_v this_o in_o comparison_n of_o that_o which_o the_o greatness_n of_o his_o charity_n can_v have_v vouchsaff_v to_o do_v for_o we_o very_o if_o it_o have_v be_v neidfull_a for_o we_o that_o he_o shall_v there_o have_v suffer_v pain_n and_o torment_n until_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n the_o love_n be_v so_o pass_v great_o which_o he_o bear_v unto_o we_o that_o he_o will_v undoubted_o have_v do_v it_o so_o that_o albeit_o he_o suffer_v much_o for_o we_o yet_o be_v the_o love_n which_o he_o bear_v unto_o we_o far_o great_a than_o the_o pain_n which_o he_o suffer_v for_o us._n and_o therefore_o if_o we_o be_v great_o bind_v unto_o he_o for_o the_o great_a pain_n which_o he_o suffer_v for_o we_o much_o more_o be_v we_o bind_v unto_o he_o for_o that_o which_o he_o desire_v to_o suffer_v for_o us._n this_o consideration_n be_v very_o profitable_a to_o provoke_v we_o to_o geve_v most_o humble_a thanks_n unto_o he_o who_o have_v bestow_v so_o great_a benefit_n upon_o we_o and_o withal_o to_o love_v he_o who_o have_v love_v we_o much_o more_o than_o by_o his_o benefit_n he_o have_v show_v unto_o us._n other_o infinite_a thing_n there_o be_v to_o be_v say_v concern_v this_o matter_n but_o now_o they_o shall_v remain_v for_o a_o other_o place_n and_o somewhat_o i_o have_v specify_v already_o in_o the_o meditation_n of_o the_o benefit_n of_o almighty_a god_n of_o the_o wonderful_a great_a goodness_n of_o almighty_a god_n which_o appear_v very_o evident_o in_o the_o holy_a passion_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n §_o four_o fourthly_a we_o ought_v to_o consider_v the_o pass_v great_a goodness_n and_o mercy_n of_o almighty_a god_n which_o shinethe_v more_o evidentlie_o and_o bright_o in_o the_o holy_a passion_n of_o our_o saviour_n than_o in_o any_o other_o of_o his_o work_n wherefore_o thou_o have_v deep_o to_o consider_v therein_o four_o thing_n which_o be_v to_o be_v consider_v in_o all_o the_o whole_a history_n of_o the_o holy_a passion_n and_o in_o every_o part_n thereof_o the_o first_o be_v who_o suffer_v saviour_n four_o principal_a thing_n to_o be_v consider_v in_o the_o passion_n of_o our_o saviour_n the_o second_o be_v what_o pain_n he_o suffer_v the_o therde_n be_v for_o who_o he_o suffer_v the_o fourthe_n be_v for_o what_o cause_n he_o suffer_v now_o if_o thou_o will_v stay_v thyself_o awhile_o in_o every_o one_o of_o these_o point_n and_o consider_v first_o the_o highness_n and_o excellency_n of_o he_o that_o suffer_v which_o be_v almighty_a god_n and_o in_o such_o wise_a stay_n in_o this_o consideration_n that_o thou_o be_v astonish_v at_o this_o so_o high_a and_o so_o wonderful_a a_o thing_n and_o afterwards_o come_v to_o descend_v from_o thence_o unto_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o baseness_n and_o vylnes_n of_o the_o most_o grievous_a pain_n and_o reproachful_a injury_n which_o he_o be_v content_a to_o suffer_v and_o that_o not_o for_o angel_n or_o archangel_n but_o even_o for_o man_n which_o be_v most_o vile_a and_o abominable_a creature_n and_o in_o their_o work_n like_v unto_o the_o devil_n themselves_o if_o as_o i_o say_v in_o each_o one_o of_o these_o point_n thou_o make_v as_o it_o be_v a_o station_n and_o do_v compare_v the_o
