thou_o in_o life_n everlasting_a amen_n then_o shall_v the_o minister_n exhort_v the_o sick_a person_n after_o this_o form_n or_o other_o like_a dere_o belove_v know_v this_o that_o almighty_a god_n be_v the_o lord_n over_o life_n &_o death_n and_o over_o all_o thing_n to_o they_o pertain_v as_o yougth_n strength_n health_n age_n weakness_n and_o sickness_n wherefore_o whatsoever_o your_o sickness_n be_v know_v you_o certain_o that_o it_o be_v god_n visitation_n and_o for_o what_o cause_n soever_o this_o sickness_n be_v send_v unto_o you_o whether_o it_o be_v to_o try_v your_o patience_n for_o the_o example_n of_o other_o and_o that_o your_o faith_n may_v be_v find_v in_o the_o day_n of_o the_o lord_n laudable_a glorious_a and_o honourable_a to_o the_o increase_n of_o glory_n and_o endless_a felicity_n orel_n it_o be_v send_v unto_o you_o to_o correct_v and_o amend_v in_o you_o whatsoever_o do_v offend_v the_o iye_n of_o our_o heavenly_a father_n know_v you_o certaynlye_o place_n that_o if_o you_o true_o repent_v you_o of_o your_o sin_n and_o bear_v your_o sickness_n patient_o trust_v in_o god_n mercy_n for_o his_o dear_a son_n jesus_n christ_n sake_n and_o rendre_fw-fr unto_o he_o humble_a thanks_n for_o his_o fatherly_a visitation_n submyt_v yourself_o whole_o to_o his_o will_n it_o shall_v turn_v to_o your_o profit_n &_o help_v you_o forward_o in_o the_o right_a way_n that_o lead_v unto_o everlasting_a life_n ☞_o ¶_o take_v therefore_o in_o good_a worth_n the_o chastement_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o who_o the_o lord_n love_v he_o chastise_v yea_o as_o saint_n paul_n say_v he_o scourge_v every_o son_n which_o he_o receyve_v if_o you_o endure_v chastisement_n he_o offer_v himself_o unto_o you_o as_o unto_o his_o own_o child_n what_o son_n be_v he_o that_o the_o father_n chastise_v not_o if_o you_o be_v not_o under_o correction_n whereof_o all_o the_o true_a child_n be_v partaker_n then_o be_v you_o bastard_n and_o not_o child_n therefore_o see_v that_o when_o our_o carnal_a father_n do_v correct_v we_o we_o reverent_o obey_v they_o shall_v we_o not_o now_o much_o rather_o be_v obedient_a to_o our_o spiritual_a father_n and_o so_o live_v and_o they_o for_o a_o few_o day_n do_v chastise_v we_o afer_fw-la their_n own_o pleasure_n but_o he_o do_v chastise_v we_o for_o our_o profit_n to_o thentente_a he_o may_v make_v we_o partaker_n of_o his_o holiness_n these_o word_n good_a brother_n be_v god_n word_n and_o write_v in_o holy_a scripture_n for_o our_o coumfort_n and_o instruction_n that_o we_o shall_v patient_o and_o with_o thanks_n geve_v bear_v our_o heavenly_a father_n correction_n whansoever_o by_o any_o manner_n of_o adversity_n it_o shall_v please_v his_o gracious_a goodness_n to_o visit_v us._n and_o there_o shall_v be_v no_o great_a coumfort_n to_o christian_n person_n then_o to_o be_v make_v like_o unto_o christ_n by_o suffer_v patient_o adversity_n trouble_n and_o sickness_n for_o he_o himself_o go_v not_o up_o to_o joy_n but_o first_o he_o suffer_v pain_n he_o enter_v not_o into_o his_o glory_n before_o he_o be_v crucify_v so_o true_o our_o way_n to_o eternal_a joy_n be_v to_o suffer_v here_o with_o christ_n and_o our_o door_n to_o entre_fw-fr into_o eternal_a life_n be_v glad_o to_o dye_v with_o christ_n that_o we_o may_v rise_v again_o from_o death_n and_o dwell_v with_o he_o in_o everlasting_a life_n now_o therefore_o take_v your_o sickness_n which_o be_v thus_o profitable_a for_o you_o patient_o i_o exhort_v you_o in_o the_o name_n of_o god_n to_o remember_v the_o profession_n which_o you_o make_v unto_o god_n in_o your_o baptism_n and_o forasmuch_o as_o after_o this_o life_n there_o be_v account_v to_o be_v give_v unto_o the_o ryghteous_a judge_n of_o who_o all_o must_v be_v judge_v without_o respect_n of_o person_n i_o require_v you_o to_o examine_v yourself_o &_o your_o state_n both_o toward_o god_n and_o man_n so_o that_o accuse_a and_o condemn_v yourself_o for_o your_o own_o fault_n you_o may_v find_v mercy_n at_o our_o heavenly_a father_n hand_n for_o christ_n sake_n and_o not_o be_v accuse_v and_o condemn_v in_o that_o fearful_a judgement_n therefore_o i_o shall_v short_o rehearse_v the_o article_n of_o our_o faith_n that_o you_o may_v know_v whether_o you_o do_v believe_v as_o a_o christian_n man_n shall_v believe_v or_o no._n here_o the_o minister_n shall_v rehearse_v the_o article_n of_o the_o faith_n say_v thus_o do_v thou_o believe_v in_o god_n the_o father_n almighty_a and_o so_o forth_o as_o it_o be_v in_o baptism_n this_o may_v be_v do_v before_o the_o minister_n begin_v his_o prayer_n as_o he_o shall_v see_v cause_n then_o shall_v the_o minister_n examine_v whether_o he_o be_v in_o charity_n with_o all_o the_o world_n exhort_v he_o to_o forgeve_v from_o the_o bottom_n of_o his_o herte_n all_o person_n that_o have_v offend_v he_o and_o if_o he_o have_v offend_v other_o to_o ask_v they_o forgevenesse_n and_o where_o he_o have_v do_v injury_n or_o wrong_n to_o any_o man_n that_o he_o make_v amends_n to_o his_o uttermoste_a power_n and_o if_o he_o have_v not_o a_o fore_n dispose_v his_o good_n let_v he_o then_o make_v his_o will_n but_o man_n must_v be_v oft_o admonish_v that_o they_o set_v a_o order_fw-fr for_o their_o temporal_a good_n and_o land_n when_o they_o be_v in_o health_n and_o also_o to_o declare_v his_o debt_n what_o he_o owe_v and_o what_o be_v owe_v to_o he_o for_o discharge_v of_o his_o conscience_n and_o quietness_n of_o his_o executour_n the_o minister_n may_v not_o forget_v nor_o omit_v to_o move_v the_o sick_a person_n and_o that_o most_o earnest_o to_o lyberalitie_n towards_o the_o poor_a ¶_o here_o shall_v the_o sick_a person_n make_v a_o special_a confession_n if_o he_o feel_v his_o conscience_n trouble_v with_o any_o weighty_a matter_n after_o
