judge_v however_o they_o may_v be_v in_o their_o sentence_n outward_o agree_v among_o themselves_o as_o in_o order_n to_o fear_v or_o other_o interest_n of_o their_o own_o nor_o can_v two_o or_o more_o person_n judge_v their_o own_o cause_n because_o of_o the_o same_o reason_n and_o also_o for_o that_o in_o this_o equality_n none_o can_v have_v whole_a interest_n or_o power_n but_o to_o his_o creature_n as_o to_o make_v he_o always_o ready_a to_o hear_v all_o complaint_n whereas_o all_o other_o subordinate_a judge_n must_v as_o they_o stand_v in_o degree_n below_o he_o and_o so_o difference_v in_o respect_n of_o concern_v differ_v in_o their_o readiness_n to_o entertain_v appeal_n and_o make_v redress_n by_o which_o mean_n the_o monarch_n who_o have_v high_a interest_n power_n and_o trust_v delegated_a from_o god_n and_o have_v his_o honour_n and_o interest_n of_o more_o concern_v in_o performance_n of_o act_n of_o justice_n then_o any_o other_o even_o in_o such_o degree_n that_o he_o can_v find_v any_o reward_n else_o so_o valuable_a to_o divert_v he_o must_v be_v presume_v thereupon_o the_o ready_a to_o hear_v and_o amend_v when_o any_o thing_n in_o this_o kind_n shall_v be_v offer_v and_o if_o the_o ordinary_a grievance_n of_o the_o poor_a or_o mean_a sort_n be_v not_o by_o he_o take_v into_o consideration_n like_o the_o more_o remarkable_a appeal_n from_o engage_v they_o to_o take_v their_o client_n business_n into_o concern_n and_o make_v it_o their_o own_o man_n have_v hitherto_o think_v justice_n in_o the_o abstract_n to_o be_v before_o it_o in_o the_o concrete_a as_o though_o truth_n or_o the_o affection_n or_o adjunct_n of_o thing_n can_v have_v be_v before_o the_o thing_n themselves_o but_o as_o divine_a justice_n be_v but_o the_o experience_n tell_v we_o of_o those_o measure_n of_o good_a and_o bad_a master_n which_o be_v by_o servant_n usual_o entertain_v among_o themselves_o in_o order_n to_o deny_v all_o master_n and_o their_o action_n to_o be_v good_a far_o than_o they_o be_v respective_a to_o or_o carry_v on_o towards_o their_o interest_n or_o approbation_n thus_o the_o master_n that_o be_v most_o profuse_a for_o licentiousness_n have_v the_o servant_n joint_a applause_n as_o just_a and_o kind_a unto_o they_o whereas_o such_o as_o restrain_v and_o punish_v they_o for_o fault_n be_v by_o they_o call_v cruel_a and_o unjust_a for_o how_o shall_v it_o be_v expect_v they_o shall_v like_v to_o be_v straighten_v or_o punish_v for_o what_o they_o have_v former_o approve_v nor_o can_v man_n under_o servitude_n of_o any_o kind_n separate_v themselves_o so_o far_o from_o their_o interest_n in_o relation_n that_o way_n that_o be_v in_o desire_v freedom_n as_o to_o take_v the_o interest_n of_o the_o correlate_n
