and_o the_o penalty_n of_o praemunire_n therein_o mention_v that_o those_o of_o king_n james_n about_o refuse_v the_o oath_n do_v refer_v the_o justice_n as_o to_o the_o penalty_n hence_o these_o two_o thing_n be_v observable_a 1._o the_o nature_n of_o the_o offence_n or_o fact_n incur_v such_o severe_a sentence_n and_o penalty_n as_o that_o of_o praemunire_n 2._o the_o nature_n of_o the_o penalty_n if_o self_n first_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o offence_n or_o fact_n be_v very_o criminal_a it_o be_v treacherous_a and_o treasonable_a as_o that_o of_o purchase_v pursue_v or_o precuring_a in_o the_o court_n of_o rome_n etc._n etc._n sentence_n of_o excommunication_n eull_n instrument_n etc._n etc._n which_o touch_v the_o king_n his_o crown_n and_o regality_n second_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o penalty_n of_o pramunire_n be_v suitable_a to_o the_o fact_n it_o bear_v a_o proportion_n and_o be_v adopt_v thereto_o as_o that_o the_o person_n so_o high_o offend_v and_o such_o perfidious_a enemy_n against_o the_o king_n his_o regality_n or_o government_n by_o purchase_v sentence_n of_o excommunication_n and_o bull_n from_o rome_n against_o the_o king_n tend_v to_o destroy_v he_o and_o subvert_v his_o government_n shall_v incur_v the_o penalty_n of_o be_v put_v out_o of_o the_o king_n protection_n their_o land_n tenement_n good_n and_o chattel_n forfeit_v to_o the_o
