both_o the_o best_a and_o the_o worst_a and_o also_o better_a than_o all_o other_o kind_n of_o public_a government_n if_o it_o be_v limit_v and_o bound_v with_o good_a law_n and_o get_v a_o good_a and_o a_o wise_a governor_n for_o it_o be_v the_o image_n of_o a_o fatherlye_o rule_v than_o the_o which_o there_o can_v be_v none_o on_o the_o earth_n find_v out_o either_o more_o honourable_a or_o more_o profitable_a but_o if_o it_o have_v a_o evil_a governoure_n and_o a_o fool_n then_o be_v it_o of_o all_o other_o the_o worst_a and_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v by_o reason_n of_o the_o power_n of_o king_n which_o be_v not_o to_o be_v correct_v and_o through_o the_o allurement_n of_o a_o lose_a life_n that_o their_o mind_n be_v many_o time_n corrupt_v both_o unto_o the_o hurt_n of_o themselves_o and_o of_o their_o subject_n let_v king_n therefore_o learn_v which_o seek_v happiness_n in_o a_o mild_a government_n to_o beg_v wisdom_n of_o god_n and_o equity_n in_o government_n for_o foolish_a and_o unjust_a rulebearing_n as_o it_o be_v hurtful_a unto_o the_o subject_n so_o be_v it_o also_o unto_o the_o ruler_n god_n a_o wise_a government_n be_v of_o god_n 3._o a_o wise_a and_o
