may_v easy_o gather_v what_o the_o cause_n be_v the_o book_n paint_v out_o the_o whore_n of_o babylon_n and_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n of_o the_o great_a antichrist_n together_o with_o all_o satan_n cunning_a and_o fleight_n therein_o and_o for_o this_o cause_n satan_n have_v labour_v especial_o to_o weaken_v the_o credit_n and_o authority_n of_o this_o book_n he_o by_o some_o mean_n in_o old_a time_n prevail_v thus_o far_o that_o even_o among_o some_o church_n of_o true_a christian_n the_o authority_n and_o truth_n of_o it_o be_v doubt_v of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n do_v well_o foresee_v the_o even_o so_o there_o be_v many_o thing_n foreshowed_n and_o fore-prophesied_n in_o this_o book_n which_o in_o their_o time_n shall_v be_v assure_o fulfil_v nay_o we_o see_v and_o know_v that_o many_o and_o on_o his_o head_n many_o crown_n and_o a_o sharp_a sword_n in_o his_o mouth_n and_o clothe_v with_o his_o warlike_a garment_n dip_v in_o blood_n and_o all_o his_o heavenly_a soldier_n follow_v he_o upon_o white_a horse_n meaning_n thereby_o all_o christian_a king_n duke_n lord_n nobles_z captain_n preacher_n and_o professor_n of_o true_a religion_n this_o grand_a captain_n with_o all_o these_o worthy_a soldier_n say_v saint_n john_n shall_v muster_v together_o and_o prepare_v themselves_o to_o fight_v against_o the_o beast_n and_o the_o false_a prophet_n and_o all_o their_o force_n and_o at_o last_o he_o see_v they_o join_v battle_n 19_o verse_n 19_o i_o see_v say_v saint_n john_n the_o beast_n and_o the_o king_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o their_o army_n gather_v together_o to_o will_v bend_v all_o their_o power_n and_o authority_n with_o all_o their_o might_n and_o main_a against_o the_o romish_a strumpet_n and_o the_o rather_o because_o in_o these_o day_n she_o seem_v to_o make_v a_o head_n again_o have_v so_o many_o and_o great_a favourer_n that_o she_o and_o her_o complice_n dare_v perk_n with_o their_o neb_n and_o very_o bold_o and_o confident_o prate_v of_o a_o toleration_n here_o also_o i_o do_v most_o humble_o and_o earnest_o entreat_v all_o my_o learned_a and_o godly_a brethren_n the_o minister_n and_o preacher_n of_o this_o church_n of_o england_n that_o in_o all_o their_o public_a teach_n and_o private_a proceed_n they_o will_v make_v strong_a opposition_n against_o rome_n and_o romish_a religion_n and_o i_o beseech_v the_o god_n of_o god_n that_o there_o may_v be_v no_o breach_n of_o love_n nor_o alienation_n of_o affection_n among_o we_o but_o that_o we_o may_v all_o go_v together_o hand_n in_o hand_n and_o arm_n in_o arm_n to_o preach_v themselves_o to_o the_o papacy_n for_o conscience_n and_o love_n even_o as_o to_o the_o holy_a church_n which_o they_o never_o do_v to_o the_o empire_n and_o this_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o the_o holy_a ghost_n say_v they_o have_v not_o receive_v a_o kingdom_n but_o shall_v receive_v power_n as_o king_n at_o a_o hour_n with_o the_o beast_n which_o be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v simple_o but_o after_o a_o sort_n for_o they_o have_v receive_v kingdom_n under_o the_o emperor_n but_o not_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o afterward_o they_o do_v under_o the_o pope_n for_o the_o roman_a monarchy_n under_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o pope_n be_v in_o his_o great_a height_n and_o altitude_n and_o the_o king_n of_o europe_n grow_v up_o together_o with_o the_o papacy_n in_o power_n might_n and_o dominion_n and_o saint_n john_n add_v 17.13_o chap._n 17.13_o that_o these_o ten_o king_n or_o kingdom_n be_v all_o of_o one_o mind_n and_o do_v give_v their_o power_n and_o authority_n unto_o the_o beast_n that_o be_v they_o do_v with_o might_n and_o main_a labour_n to_o uphold_v the_o babylonicall_a strumpet_n but_o the_o angel_n tell_v john_n flat_o that_o the_o ten_o horn_n that_o be_v the_o
