do_v not_o esteem_v all_o man_n oppress_v that_o be_v sentence_v in_o star-chamber_n high_a commission_n and_o councell-boord_n but_o for_o such_o as_o have_v be_v they_o ought_v to_o be_v repair_v according_a to_o law_n and_o justice_n 22._o all_o committee_n shall_v be_v abolish_v and_o matter_n leave_v to_o ordinary_a proceed_n for_o the_o kingdom_n can_v be_v quiet_a until_o it_o be_v do_v breach_n of_o any_o law_n they_o die_v innocent_a and_o we_o shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o their_o blood_n 26._o will_v you_o have_v all_o tax_n lay_v down_o and_o a_o army_n keep_v up_o and_o will_v you_o have_v man_n punish_v for_o offence_n and_o yourselves_o spare_v you_o know_v the_o judge_n be_v swear_v to_o do_v according_a to_o law_n and_o do_v you_o think_v they_o can_v acquit_v the_o guilty_a as_o you_o judge_v yourselves_o to_o be_v against_o their_o conscience_n upon_o our_o direction_n and_o shall_v we_o direct_v they_o against_o law_n and_o pretend_v zeal_n for_o law_n you_o see_v what_o reason_n there_o be_v for_o a_o act_n of_o oblivion_n and_o no_o doubt_n the_o history_n of_o these_o time_n will_v be_v write_v and_o posterity_n will_v judge_v and_o if_o you_o have_v break_v the_o law_n as_o you_o seem_v to_o confess_v it_o all_o the_o pretence_n in_o the_o world_n can_v alter_v the_o fact_n 27._o in_o the_o war_n no_o doubt_n many_o innocent_a person_n have_v we_o be_v a_o mean_n to_o continue_v the_o war_n whence_o their_o suffering_n have_v come_v and_o we_o have_v just_a cause_n to_o fear_n we_o shall_v find_v a_o great_a loss_n of_o honour_n than_o yet_o we_o have_v discern_v and_o you_o that_o account_v yourselves_o the_o people_n will_v find_v more_o against_o you_o then_o for_o you_o finis_fw-la
