behave_v herself_o then_o and_o sometime_o before_o so_o evil_o and_o for_o that_o cause_n very_o many_o evil_a person_n and_o disturber_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n there_o have_v often_o disturb_v the_o constable_n and_o very_o many_o of_o the_o neighbour_n there_o and_o she_o the_o say_v m._n although_o oftentimes_o thereupon_o then_o and_o before_o to_o desist_v from_o the_o premise_n by_o he_o the_o say_a constable_n have_v be_v require_v will_v not_o reform_v or_o justify_v herself_o thereupon_o neither_o by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n nor_o the_o king_n by_o which_o the_o same_o c._n then_o be_v constable_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a e._n with_o the_o same_o c._n her_o husband_n by_o his_o command_n come_v to_o his_o help_n their_o hand_n upon_o the_o aforesaid_a m._n there_o so_o lodging_n in_o bed_n with_o the_o aforesaid_a unknown_a man_n soft_o lay_v hand_n on_o and_o take_v she_o from_o that_o bed_n and_o her_o the_o say_a m._n as_o well_o for_o her_o punishment_n as_o to_o the_o terror_n of_o other_o the_o like_a whore_n whereas_o by_o the_o consideration_n and_o distinction_n of_o he_o the_o say_v c._n then_o and_o there_o in_o the_o stock_n according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n they_o put_v and_o keep_v by_o the_o space_n aforesaid_a as_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o they_o to_o do_v which_o i._o h._n say_v that_o the_o aforesaid_a r._n ought_v not_o thereupon_o to_o have_v his_o action_n aforesaid_a against_o he_o because_o he_o say_v that_o by_o the_o statute_n of_o the_o lord_n the_o king_n richard_n the_o second_o late_a king_n of_o england_n at_z westminster_z in_o the_o seven_o year_n of_o his_o reign_n by_o authority_n of_o the_o same_o parliament_n among_o other_o thing_n same_o i._o say_v that_o he_o at_o the_o aforesaid_a time_n of_o the_o imprisonment_n aforesaid_a above_o suppose_a to_o be_v make_v be_v bailiff_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n of_o st._n edmond_n bury_v aforesaid_a and_o for_o that_o that_o the_o same_o i._o the_o aforesaid_a time_n of_o the_o imprisonment_n aforesaid_a above_o suppose_a to_o be_v make_v find_v the_o same_o r._n a_o vagrant_a and_o vagabond_n at_o and_o within_o the_o village_n of_o st._n edmond_n bury_n frequent_v the_o same_o i._o be_v then_o bailiff_n of_o the_o liberty_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o the_o statute_n aforesaid_a the_o aforesaid_a r._n then_o and_o there_o do_v diligent_o examine_v and_o as_o well_o for_o that_o upon_o the_o examination_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a r._n it_o do_v sufficient_o appear_v to_o he_o the_o say_v i._o the_o say_v r._n to_o be_v a_o vagrant_a and_o vagabond_n as_o for_o that_o that_o the_o same_o r._n the_o same_o time_n wherein_o &c._n &c._n can_v not_o find_v pledge_n and_o sufficient_a manucaptor_n for_o his_o good_a behaviour_n according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o the_o statute_n aforesaid_a the_o same_o i._o as_o bailiff_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n of_o the_o liberty_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o that_o statute_n the_o aforesaid_a r._n the_o aforesaid_a time_n wherein_o &c._n &c._n to_o the_o aforesaid_a goal_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n of_o st._n edmund_n bury_v aforesaid_a he_o do_v commit_v there_o to_o remain_v until_o etc._n etc._n which_o say_v goal_n be_v the_o next_o goal_n of_o our_o lord_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n in_o the_o county_n aforesaid_a assign_v to_o be_v keep_v come_v the_o same_o w._n s._n then_o and_o there_o before_o the_o same_o earl_n have_v take_v his_o corporal_a oath_n upon_o the_o holy_a evangelist_n that_o he_o the_o same_o w._n s._n damage_n and_o corporal_a hurt_n to_o he_o the_o say_v w.s._n by_o he_o the_o say_v w._n c._n and_o king_n one_o in_o form_n of_o law_n by_o pretext_n whereof_o the_o same_o earl_n a_o certain_a warrant_n under_o his_o scale_n to_o the_o constable_n and_o bailiff_n of_o the_o hundred_o of_o m._n as_o also_o to_o r.n.h.h._n and_o t.f._n direct_v he_o make_v and_o deliver_v command_v they_o the_o say_a constable_n and_o bailiff_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a r.h._n and_o t._n joint_o and_o several_o sufficient_a security_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a together_o with_o he_o the_o say_v r._n he_o will_v go_v which_o say_v w._n c._n to_o do_v this_o then_o and_o there_o refuse_v for_o hand_n upon_o he_o the_o say_v vv._n c._n and_o compel_v he_o the_o say_v vv._n c._n to_o stand_v to_o that_o arrest_n him_z the_o say_v vv._n c._n then_o and_o there_o they_o take_v and_o arrest_v the_o matter_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o same_o warrant_n before_o the_o time_n of_o the_o trespass_n aforesaid_a make_v do_v give_v notice_n as_o the_o aforesaid_a w.s._n above_o by_o plead_v have_v allege_v and_o this_o he_o be_v ready_a to_o aver_v whereupon_o for_o that_o the_o aforesaid_a w.s._n the_o trespass_n and_o battery_n aforesaid_a above_o acknowledge_v he_o the_o say_v w.c._n pray_v put_v himself_o upon_o the_o country_n and_o the_o aforesaid_a w._n c._n in_o like_a manner_n etc._n etc._n middlesex_n r.m._n complain_v of_o i._o h._n in_o the_o custody_n of_o the_o marshal_n battery_n declaration_n in_o assault_n and_o battery_n etc._n etc._n for_o that_o he_o such_o a_o day_n and_o year_n by_o force_n and_o arm_n on_o he_o the_o say_v r._n at_o westminster_n in_o the_o county_n aforesaid_a he_o make_v a_o assault_n and_o he_o the_o say_v r._n then_o &_o there_o beat_v wound_a &_o evil_n handle_v so_o that_o of_o his_o life_n he_o do_v despair_v and_o also_o so_o grievous_a a_o wound_n upon_o the_o upper_a part_n of_o the_o left_a shoulder_n of_o he_o the_o say_v r._n then_o and_o there_o put_v on_o he_o so_o that_o the_o same_o r._n by_o reason_n of_o the_o extraordinary_a effusion_n of_o blood_n out_o of_o the_o same_o wound_n flow_v and_o arise_v fall_v into_o great_a sickness_n and_o weakness_n of_o his_o body_n then_o and_o there_o and_o stand_v in_o great_a danger_n of_o lose_v of_o his_o life_n by_o reason_n thereof_o for_o a_o great_a time_n that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n than_o next_o follow_v as_o also_o divers_a great_a sum_n of_o money_n for_o his_o heal_n and_o cure_v there_o in_o that_o behalf_n to_o lay_v out_o and_o spend_v then_o and_o there_o be_v force_v and_o compel_v and_o divers_a
