such_o other_o forfeiture_n as_o he_o shall_v any_o way_n incur_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n and_o if_o any_o person_n after_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a shall_v know_o employ_v any_o person_n to_o deal_v for_o he_o as_o a_o broker_n or_o stock-job_a not_o be_v admit_v and_o swear_v as_o aforesaid_a such_o person_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o 50_o l._n and_o if_o any_o person_n after_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a not_o be_v a_o swear_a broker_n according_a to_o this_o act_n shall_v act_v and_o deal_v as_o a_o broker_n in_o discount_v tally_n or_o bill_n or_o in_o stock-jobbing_a in_o sell_v bank-stock_n or_o any_o other_o security_n upon_o any_o fund_z grant_v by_o parliament_n such_o person_n shall_v forfeit_v 500_o l._n and_o stand_v in_o the_o pillory_n in_o some_o public_a place_n in_o london_n three_o several_a day_n for_o the_o space_n of_o one_o hour_n in_o the_o morning_n vii_o after_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a every_o swear_a broker_n shall_v keep_v a_o book_n or_o register_n in_o which_o he_o shall_v enter_v all_o contract_n and_o bargain_n that_o he_o shall_v make_v between_o any_o person_n within_o three_o day_n after_o the_o contract_n with_o the_o party_n a_o silver_n medal_n have_v the_o king_n arm_n on_o one_o side_n and_o the_o arm_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n with_o his_o own_o name_n on_o the_o other_o side_n which_o he_o shall_v produce_v at_o the_o conclude_a of_o every_o bargain_n to_o the_o party_n concern_v upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v 40_o s._n for_o every_o omission_n x._o if_o any_o such_o broker_n after_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a shall_v deal_v for_o himself_o in_o the_o exchange_n or_o remittance_n of_o money_n or_o buy_v any_o tally_n order_n bill_n or_o share_v in_o any_o joint-stock_n for_o his_o own_o use_n
