charge_n of_o their_o horse_n and_o when_o they_o have_v spend_v all_o the_o victual_n fuel_n and_o horse-meat_n in_o one_o town_n than_o they_o go_v to_o another_o town_n waste_v the_o same_o in_o the_o like_a manner_n not_o pay_v one_o penny_n for_o any_o necessary_n and_o thus_o be_v all_o the_o village_n and_o unwall_v town_n of_o the_o land_n use_v so_o that_o there_o be_v not_o the_o
