where_o the_o lord_n disclaim_v in_o his_o seignory_n in_o court_n of_o record_n his_o seignory_n or_o lordship_n be_v extinct_a and_o the_o tenant_n shall_v hold_v from_o henceforth_o of_o the_o next_o lord_n to_o he_o that_o thus_o disclaim_v thus_o you_o perceive_v that_o homage_n ancestrell_n be_v a_o long_a continuance_n as_o well_o in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o tenant_n in_o respect_n this_o rent_n be_v but_o rend_a sack_n because_o john_n at_o style_n that_o have_v the_o rent_n have_v nothing_o in_o reversion_n of_o the_o land_n but_o if_o he_o grant_v the_o reversion_n of_o the_o land_n to_o john_n at_o noke_n for_o term_v of_o life_n and_o the_o tenant_n atturn_v according_o than_o have_v john_n at_o noke_n the_o rent_n as_o rend_a service_n because_o he_o have_v the_o reversion_n for_o term_v of_o his_o life_n likewise_o it_o be_v if_o a_o man_n give_v land_n or_o tenement_n in_o tail_n reversion_n rend_a be_v incident_a to_o a_o reversion_n reserve_v to_o he_o and_o to_o his_o heir_n certain_a rent_n or_o make_v a_o lease_n of_o the_o land_n for_o term_v of_o life_n reserve_v certain_a rent_n if_o he_o grant_v the_o reversion_n to_o another_o and_o the_o tenant_n atturn_v according_o the_o whole_a rent_n and_o service_n shall_v pass_v by_o this_o word_n reversion_n because_o the_o rent_n and_o service_n in_o such_o case_n be_v incident_a to_o the_o understand_v that_o there_o be_v two_o case_n of_o deseisin_n of_o rent-secke_a that_o be_v denial_n and_o enclosure_n and_o it_o seem_v that_o there_o be_v yet_o another_o cause_n of_o diseisin_n of_o all_o the_o three_o rent_n aforesaid_a that_o be_v to_o wit_n rent-secke_a and_o two_o of_o rent-secke_a this_o when_o the_o lord_n come_v to_o the_o land_n hold_v of_o he_o or_o when_o he_o that_o have_v a_o rent-charge_n or_o a_o rent-secke_a come_v to_o the_o land_n to_o distrain_v for_o the_o rent_n behind_o or_o to_o demand_v the_o rent_n and_o the_o tenant_n hear_v this_o encounter_v he_o and_o forestal_v he_o the_o way_n with_o force_n and_o arm_n and_o menace_v he_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o he_o dare_v not_o come_v to_o the_o ground_n for_o to_o distrain_v for_o his_o
