of_o this_o our_o realm_n take_v they_o in_o their_o own_o nature_n before_o abuse_n creep_v in_o which_o have_v in_o this_o point_n so_o well_o provide_v for_o as_o in_o the_o trial_n of_o any_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n the_o law_n do_v not_o admit_v any_o to_o pass_v upon_o he_o but_o peer_n so_o in_o the_o trial_n of_o any_o of_o the_o commons_o which_o the_o law_n behold_v but_o as_o one_o body_n there_o be_v no_o person_n whatsoever_o of_o that_o body_n by_o rule_n of_o law_n exempt_v in_o respect_n of_o his_o quality_n and_o degree_n only_o from_o the_o service_n upon_o jury_n whereas_o on_o the_o contrary_a part_n the_o law_n have_v limit_v that_o none_o serve_v except_o he_o have_v a_o certain_a proportion_n of_o freehold_n and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o time_n and_o
